There is only one thing which we think that might be changed - outside jacuzzi pools to be filled with hotter water ( at least during the winter )

Cosy place with excellent service on all levels - Food, Spa & Staff. Absolutely perfect location for a couple or group of friends which want to have a break from the city noise and relax.

Minor feedback that will not affect the overall evaluation of our stay: 1 - The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, as 1 was too high (really huge pillow) and the second was hard as a rock. It would be great having a soft but low pillow. 2 - The Wi-Fi connection was good for common browsing, but with hiccups from time to time. 3 - My personal opinion is that the water during the meals + minor rooms amenities as water/tea/coffee, should always be included in the initial price, especially for structures of excellence as Kashmir but, unfortunately, this was not the case as, everything had to be purchased separately. 4 - The outside pools could have been a bit warmer.

Kashmir Wellness & SPA is the perfect place to spend some full relax days in the middle of the woods. What I enjoyed most: 1 - The location > Unlikely, most of the other Hotels in Velingrad, Kashmir is a gem in the nature, I truly appreciated all the green surrounding the structure. 2 - The Staff > All the staff in the hotel is well-mannered and helpful, with a special mention to the waiters in the restaurant. 3 - The Spa > Without any doubt the best SPA I've been in Velingrad. The SPA area in the middle of the wood is a huge plus, and a great experience. 4 - The food > Kudos to the chef! The food quality and the great selection of dishes was really exceptional. 5 - The Room > Our room was great, with a lovely balcony, and very well furnished.

More of a recomendation than critique since the hotel is pretty new. There a few things here and there where things could be better, especially for a 5 star hotel. Hot water pressure in the rooms was low, annoying white light from tv at night, miniscule doorknobs of bathroom door. I had a massage and can rate it 7/10 at best. Im sure they can do better with dinner.

Overall we are happy with our stay. Staff is friendly and proffesional from cleaning ladies to waiters to managers. The spa, rooms and common areas were sqeaky clean. Exeptional breakfast and salad bar at dinner. The SPA center is superb, each facility is exellently executed. We really enjoyed the forest tubs

Persistent smell of smoking in the first floor elevator area and clients smoking freely tobacco heating devices in the restaurant and around the internal pool.

Nicely conceptualized wooden spa hotel with really good facilities, spacious internal and external water area with great mountain views and delicious restaurant offering wide variety of food both on the buffet and a la carte.

The following is a recommendation. It doesn't change the overall excellent impression. Free water should be served in the restaurant. With the high-quality products used, the kitchen could do better. It would be nice to have a ramp at the entrance for the big suitcases.

Excellent SPA. Adequate temperature of pools, jacuzzis, etc. Big indoor and outdoor pools. Comfortable and nice designed room. Very distinguished "ADULTS ONLY" concept. Kangen water in the SPA. Nice environment surrounded by pine trees.

Our stay was mostly fantastic, but we did run into a bit of a snag at the SPA. It seems there weren't enough jacuzzis for the number of guests over the weekend. We ended up waiting 20 minutes hoping to use one, but we never got the chance.

Our stay was wonderful, filled with happy moments and excellent service from the hotel team. The rooms were super clean, which is what you'd expect from a top-notch hotel. The SPA was first-class, really relaxing and well-maintained. But the best part was the food – it was amazing, with lots of good quality choices.

Тhe location of the hotel is amazing, providing rare combination of fantastic hot mineral water and pine forest in proximity, ensuring extra freshness to the outdoor spa facilities. The surrounding Rhodopi mountain delivers breathless views to remember and many opportunities to walk and hike around. The SPA center is excellent with very good variety of modern spa ammenities, "adults only" insures quietness and full relaxation. The hotel is very well designed, the wood used creates modern, yet cosy atmosphere and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is comfortable, food is very good with excellent variety of tasty local specialties. Staff is not only friendly, but also very efficient.

Newly renovated hotel. Very tastefully done and to very high standard. Exceptional service and facilities. Food in the restaurant was also exceptional, I would say Michelin star quality. Spa facilities were amazing and super clean with lovely music and smelled really nice. Beautiful views of pine trees and of the town. Great place to relax.
