They didn't clean the room eventhough you ask them few times. There are just 2 elevator for all the floors and you should to wait a lot. The hall is not a hall. There are not bottles of water to give you when you need. There is not a comfortable place to stay when they do some spectaculus. The water in the pool inside the hotel is cold.

Poor animation program during the day. Evening animations during dinner time and at a very inconvenient location. Too much restriction signs everywhere. Too crowded in the lobby during check-in time.

We booked a premium room with leisure area, we received a standard premium room without a leisure area. It should have been with see view, we had partial (side) sea view. Even there were parking places available at the hotel, we were sent to park somewhere else. After 9 p.m. we were kicked out from the hotel beach.

The food was ok and enough. The pool is nice.

A large hotel that hosts hundreds of guests should have more manpower. Learn to host guests with enough tables in the dining room. Lack of seats was a problem at almost every meal. And when cleaning the rooms, I had to go and steal towels and sheets myself and clean the room myself, even though I gave a command to the staff to take special care of the cleaning of the room, but there were days when we asked the staff twice to clean without an answer until we cleaned ourselves. After 10 o'clock at night you have to look for drinking water for children in the supermarket. If you want to host, send the team for a fun day at the super inclusive hotels in Antalya

Everything! The discussion was terrible. Poor hygiene, lack of towels. We rang 3/4 times.. until we got a towel. Lack of communication with customers. I wouldn't come a second time.

there’s too much noisy groups of people at night and none of the staff said something to them,theres no guards and anyone could come in and get drinks and use the pool even it they arent staying in the hotel and when we booked online,the room was for 3 adults and we did put that my daughter is 13 but when we got there they told us we need to pay more money bc shes over 12.we booked 1 room for 3person and 1 for 2

In main restaurant food was cold and many people were sick after eating.Not enough place and tables for people during food serving time. Lack of the tea,coffee in the evening after main restaurant was closed.

Swimming pool was big enough and very comfortable laungers. There was not any queue to the outside bar. Very good localization.

General noise of ventilation, it heards continuous, even if is stopped (in OFF position in the room), like a motor run continuously, very annoying in the silence of the night. Condiments used on soups and meatballs and in some prepaired foods, I couldn't eat none of those because condiment used (in pork soup, mearballs and some meat preps). Shower, very used, scratched, and bad functionality. Outside bar, it closes at 22:00PM, and the inside one at 22:45 last order, that means no night life on a 5 stars hotel, that is unacceptable. Leave at least one open, even with low prices (not free after 23PM) for drinks, is ugly to go to the supermarket at 23PM to buy some beverages... We had room 323 (B)

Outside hotel, general design and outside looks is good. Very pleasant personnel, very helpfull, especially reception manager (the skinny one with beard), he helped my friends to achieve a room at lower level, because one of them cannot use elevator (claustrophobia). Cleanning personnel, very pleasant, and good job. Please raise salary for those above! They deserve it!

Inside doesn't look like a ***** hotel. Same food every day. No space around the pool at 8 in the morning.People's towels sit all day without them showing up.

The water, the tap water is not suitable for drinking. Yet they give only 1 bottle of water( like in total). And if you want to get more, especially late hours you gotta go to the shop. For a five star hotel, this could be better. Limited meals, fewer than equivalent 5 star hotels around.

Room and location were great. Food and types of meals was like ok, kind of limited choice given the five star status and all inclusive. Way better hotels out there.
