Pretty tired establishment, our door couldn’t close, there was some maintenance happening. Limited, inefficient and unknowledgeable staff, with obviously no experience in hospitality. Food was basic, and breakfast chef seemed to sleep in.

The Food, the view from the room, it was quiet, the staff very attentive. Fresh bread from wood fired oven, fresh pide everyday from the restaurant at the beach. Very good

The place is a bit worn out and little dirty. The setup during the meals (breakfast and dinner) is not intuitive and nobody gives instructions how to use it and what is available. The staff is not efficient with the work/services. The parking is a challenge as there is not enough space and the street is very narrow.

The place is nicely located with nice views to the bay.

Run down property needs maintenance all over the place Common areas are not clean. Terrace rubber tiles around pool are black and falling to pieces, tiles everywhere need a high pressure cleaning. Paint job needed everywhere, staff friendly but inexperienced, lack off covered area at breakfast (eating under the sun is just not an option at 35c plus) Pictures on website make look everything twice as nice as in reality.

If you prefer 5 star mega resorts from hotel chains you may not like this hotel 1. the rooms are a bit tired, you may see an occasional stain on the wall, and the rooms are quite small. The room we stayed in was otherwise fine (clean etc) 2. Many of the staff do not really speak English and communication may not always be seamless though they try to have an English-speaking member of staff at each station (bar, reception, restaurant) so it is not a huge problem at all. 3. The organisation is a bit hectic and it is not always easy to understand what services are available and how to book them (it took us some time to figure out how to order dry cleaning, how cabanas at the beach are allocated etc). It would be nice to get a printed guide explaining all the procedures at check in. 4. Wi-fi was spotty, especially in the room.

An excellent boutique hotel 1. Stunning views of the bay and very calm and relaxing atmosphere. 2. excellent private beach. 3. beautiful site with flowering garden. 4. 5 minutes taxi ride to Kas with its bars and restaurants and amazingly cozy old city.

We chose the Delux Room. I didn't satisfied with the fact that real rooms are different with pictures in Booking.com. Be careful! But I want to say thanks to Administrator Beyza for solving all our problems all time.

I really enjoyed the time which I spent there. The food is very tasty and the view is awesome.

This hotel is to much expensive for the quality of the room and cleaning expectations. At the same time, I was four days there and it was impossible to have a place near the beach under the shadow. The quality of the food is not good... I paid 700€ for four nights.

The staff were amazing, very kind and they tried to make my visit very comfortable.

Our bathroom’s walls were dirty and our shower’s door was missing. We couldn’t take shower. We asked the management to change our room. First they said that the hotel was full, so we asked for a refund so that we could leave. Then they surprisingly found an available room and moved us. At dinner, the some of the staff wasn’t wearing masks and served food with their bare hands (not even with cutlery). Also beach toilets were very dirty. We have a newborn, so it takes some time to leave the room. We arrived at breakfast 15 minutes late, while they just started to clean up the buffet. When we asked for our breakfast, they said that since we missed the time, they would charge us for the breakfast. In general, the place is unattended and the staff is not professional or thoughtful as they should be. I don’t recommend this hotel.
