Poor house keeping... Bathroom not clean and old items

The Staff came knocking at the door after some intervals. not only our room but the neighbours next door was also not happy with the disturbance by the staff.

The internet was not working properly it keep disconnecting every 5 min and i waited more than 2 hours to get empty tea cup and called twise

property is not very clean room cleaning service is not available every day our rooms was cleaned only one day during our stay and we have ask the receptions for cleaning

Bed Room was very spacious and it's worth for the price, Hotel is located very close to Ahmed Al Fateh grand mosque and near by there are many attractive places.

The telephone connection not working. utensils not available. The kettle is not available, only provided when I asked. The Towel only 1, only provide additional when i requested.

the bathroom’s ceramic was old, also was not too clean (there were some bugs), our room did not have a (city view)

it was clean, furniture was comfortable, room had plenty of apace.

This time the bathroom was not clean and the shower was eratic. Over 4 days the room was not made up once, towels were not replaced nor were the complimentary water bottles. I had to buy my own soap. I expected better.

The rooms are big and comfortable Wifi is good.

The water in the shower room is too hot, I even asked the receptionist to send a maintenance to adjust water temperature, Technician check it personally and said the water is hot because the water tank is in the rooftop and weather is too hot, I was surprised with his response which is not acceptable at all. There is no slippers (I even requested for one) and dental kits available. Good thing I bought my personal hygiene kit.

The room is too spacious for single. The receptionists (Indonesian lady & Filipino Guy- Armando are very helpful).

Room size as expected, cleanness is fair, stuff hospitality fair. Overall is was a great experience and defiantly i will repeat it again.

I found cigarettes box in my room and the balcony was so dusty. Some fire burns on the room floor.

The rooms has good quality and the size was large, Staff are good, value for the price is very good. Almost quite place and was able to sleep comfortably.

I booked for two days and after one day the room card is not working which is not acceptable because I already paid 2 days amount. It is not card issue because after 12 pm the issue happened. The issue is the receptionist may only permit for one day.

Once we have arrived at the facility from a long drive, when we arrive the assigned room for us isn't prepared yet still have to wait for 30 mins to be ready and the room that we stayed was just being cleaned from the previous customer. The flooring of the master bathroom is outdated and the smell of the bathroom smells like a dead rat. Once I used the blower of the bathroom, there was a atrocious smell. Also when you arrive at night from your itinerary the parking lot was already full due to party goer.

The staffs was accommodating and friendly also the location was in the middle of Juffair and accessible to any restaurants, malls and grocery store
