Breakfast is very good . A lots of variety of foods to choose. Location is good but around area of the hotel no cafe or rest apart of inside the hotel itself.

We arrived the day before Eid in Brunei, and while we know the staff would probably prefer celebrating Raya with their friends and family, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcome in the hotel. Everyone was so nice.

I feel like it is overpriced. They charging for room see if! I thought room service supposed to be on the hotel like you should make sure we are comfortable, make up the room, but there’s extra charges for that even on the 1st day.

Location is good. Room very clean and bed is cozy. Bathroom was nice. The staff allowed me to check in early.

Rooms are a bit old, almost all electrical sockets were loose so the cables to charge the devices were falling all the time. The view from the room was not to the pool as advertised, it was to some trees and to the roof of some annexes.

Excellent location. Concierge staff very polite especially Mr Hilmi who gave very useful advices and to who was a pleasure to talk with.

The hotel send me an email for add-on options where I took the breakfast and BBQ dinner add ons. The issue was there was no option to select how many pax and they assumed it was for 2 person. But I decided to not go for the breakfast since there are nice cafes near the vicinity of the the hotel but upon check out I was charged for 4 breakfast that I didn't even go which the manager was not willing to waive but fine it was my mistake but I was a solo traveller when I checked in hence why do you charge for 2 people for the 2 days I was there? If you book here through Booking.com to save some money vs. booking direct from the hotel website, please double check and confirm with the front desk if you added this add-ons. Or better yet, you don't have to choose these add-ons because I was charged the full amount and not even the promotional charges + every time I dine in, I did not received the "members" discount the concierge asked me to register. Hence, this is a nice hotel at a great location but this incident resulted in a dissatisfaction on my end but I'm sure is not a daily occurrence. You've been warned on the add-ons options.

That being said, I did encounter one minor inconvenience—the toilet in my room had a manual bidet seat, whereas I'm more accustomed to using the standard bidet fixture. While this didn't impact my overall enjoyment of the stay, it's something worth mentioning for guests who may have a preference for one over the other.

My recent stay at Radisson Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, from the beautiful decor to the top-notch service. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. The breakfast was nice.

Booked for 3 adults but we had to move the 2 single beds together. Room is small. Reception did not remind us on the breakfast comes with room. So we ended up missing breakfast thinking that it was not included.

The hotel is small but they have good breakfast and they provide free shuttle to shopping location. The staff is friendly and room is clean and neat compare to other hotel. The hotel is location next to a school as long as not met after school jam. Its still okay.

Airport shuttle from the airport to hotel seemed expensive considering it’s only a 15 minute drive. Airport shuttle back to the airport was much cheaper.

Very comfortable rooms and great location. 5 minute walk to mall/restaurants/mosque/museums etc. Two connecting rooms were great for family of 4. Staff was great, especially Naj who remembered our food/drink favorites. Breakfast buffet was great with so many options. Two restaurants open for dinner. There was also a free shuttle service to/from the hotel to the mall/waterfront area several times a day. Nice pool too.
