This resort is dated stuck in the 1980s and is overpriced. They do not have enough room to accommodate all the guests for dining. You have to wait in line for everything. The pool water is freezing, during my stay, I only saw maybe 6 people using the pool. At the pool bar services everyone with watered-down drinks and long lines. Food at the pool grill had long lines to get a burger and fries. They ran out of towels at the towel hut and beach chairs on the beach and around the pool. So plan on waiting some more. They have very little entertainment and activities. The only band that plays 80s music and a piano bar with no piano player?

The Location was great, right on the beach next door to Baha Mar, to go enjoy there resort. Like the casino Adult only resort so no young kids yelling and screaming.

The buffet food needs to be improved upon for every meal. All items on the buffet were very much sub par compared to any resort I have been to. Minimal fresh fruit. Most items were very bland. One customer compared it to prison food. The servers could be friendlier and should stop hording the utensils. My food was cold before I could even get a fork. One server was so high, that she could barely keep her eyes open and then proceeded to dump a full glass of water on our table and us. The beds were not comfortable.

The location right on the beach was the best feature of this resort. The bartenders were friendly and were generous with the alcohol. The Asian restaurant was the best food at the resort. The front desk staff was always very friendly. The pools and the hot tub were spacious and enjoyable.

Need ice machines on hotel floors. we had to walk to the buffet or bar area to get ice and most of the time through out day the ice dispensers were empty!!! Liquor brands were not good. often ran out of some mixers for days. Need to be able to make reservations for restaurants !! Once we were able to dine at them food was very good. We stood in line for 30 minutes twice and were turned away because restaurant was full!! Wi-Fi connection was EXTREMELY weak..

Beach and pool were GREAT. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. food was mostly good. Enjoyed the house band. Gee and Donovan who work on the beach were AWESOME!!! They were all about serving the guests !!

I feel like the food locations could have been a bit more accessible as far as the times they closed. If you’re serving drinks all night maybe give guest access to snacks. Maybe even better quality of liquor.

The breakfast was pretty nice, just there were more options other than pork.

Internet was slow, needed more original artwork, and refinish the pool tables please!

On the beach. Decent activities, all inclusive, dinning was good/ some really good dishes, Breazy D band was great. Several bars to choose from to include piano bar, disco bar, pool side, and main entertainment area, jerk chicken was very good by the pool.

Small and very basic room with no fridge included in the price. Noise level late at night was too much and day pass visitors at the weekend causing arguments with hotel guests at the pool.

The loud music within pool area…but it depends on what you looking for if you don’t mind relaxing by the pool and at the same time listening to entertainment team couching people or loud music then you’ll be just fine. WiFi was not working everywhere. Sometimes it would get really hard to get connected. Furniture in room need to be upgraded. But the price is very fair for what you’re going to get :) Overall we are satisfied with the stay :)

There wasn’t a fridge in the room or cups and an ice bucket. So it was really difficult to get a drink of water while at your room.

the Art of musik, and it was to loud, a lot sexist music and animation, in general we felt as if there were women and men competing against each other at the pool, above all. There are a lot of sexist dressed women and men walking around, so guests who want to be seen and disturb any romance between couples.

The Beach war very nice, the rooms also, the Meals are very good, we love to go a la carte Restaurants!!! Also the Pool so nice. we love the drinks and eatings! we come next week again for 1 night, because, the whole familie enjoy. we love to play billiard, tabletennis, tennis and beachvolleyball....the personal very nice....

The room needs to be renovated - old and needs fresh paint. You can see where there were once water leaks and possible mold. The doors are hard to push open - loud noise when opening and closing it.

Location, the staff, food and the entertainment (pool/beach side and night) was not bad. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

outdated. no charging stations. rooms don’t have easily accessible outlets for modern electronics. tv. in the room was super small and old. my “ocean view” room really wasn’t but it wasn’t a priority to me. the “spa” was a hut split to accommodate two tables. and was extra. also extra was the beach activites. so all-inclusive means meals only

Reasonable selection of food but not particularly good quality or well presented. Never any chips at the buffet! Pool area had very loud music between around 11.30 and 4pm which made conversation difficult. The queue for the pool bar was often long = needed more staff. The pool grill ran out of some options several times. The pool bar ran out of tonic water several times. But the killer was that I had booked a room with a King bed but learned on arrival this could only be a request and that none was available, but if I checked back next day I could move to one being vacated. However when I did so the story changed to all newly vacated rooms had been pre allocated. It took a great deal of persistence to get them to find me one! In 60 years of travelling I have never before been to a hotel which couldn’t/wouldn’t allow me to precook the bed arrangement I wanted. This is a showstopper and I will not return.

Service at the restaurants was hit and miss. All the dining areas seemed to be understaffed so at times it was hard to get utensils and drinks. Everything was a little run down. Staff had no policy of clearing beach chairs of towels so people would 'reserve' them for days without using them, making it hard to get a beach chair. The gym was completely run down, most of the machines were broken. The layout of the room did not have sockets on both sides of the bed.

Quality of food was good at the buffet and snacks were available through the day. Drinks were relatively strong. Housekeeping seemed to be keeping on top of things and the rooms and linens were clean. Comfortable bed. Poolside entertainment was active but not overbearing. Most of the staff seemed cheerful. Good massage at the spa center. Decent wifi.
