I hate the touting behavior of Capelo and #Social. personnel. This is not acceptable by international standards. So it was difficult for me to enjoy the back yard section. In addition the two places are noisy from mid week. I had to ask for room change.

The gym facility was under construction, and this was not noted ahead of the stay. I use this to help with jetlag so was less than optimal.

Room was quiet and well maintained. The location was good in central Gaborone. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower and the soap holders are now old and need to be changed. We tried to get cash for embassy applications and the hotel had limited cash. However, the manager tried his best to help.

I like the location of the hotel which situated within the governmental buildings and centers of learning, a gym and several other options.

I booked at Masa because they advertised that they have a gym however when I arrived I was told the gym is still under construction. Hotel should remove gym facilities from the advertising until the gym is ready for use.

I’m happy with everything provided by the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't working and when I arrived there was a flashing light bulb that needed to be replaced. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

The staff were very efficient and welcoming and I was able to enter my room even though I arrived early. They were very friendly, in particular Thabile who arranged an enjoyable tour of Gaborone for me. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle for my return. There was a very good breakfast and the evening meal was good too.

Shower leaked - bathroom floor totally wet / soaked in water after shower. Bed a bit uncomfortable. When you turn around during night sleep your partner wakes up because of the shakiness of the bed

Just in case you are expecting calm and peaceful place, this is not the one you should consider. It is rather a place for those who are looking to be close to the active life in the center of the city and enjoy dynamic atmosphere.

Located in the heart of the Central Business District, which makes the surroundings bit noisy, especially in the evening hours. Lots of options for eating and drinking. It feels safe also. Great breakfast choices ...

Lifts partly didn't work. Booked a room with city view, instead got a window into the entrance lounge. Poor signage in the parking garage, had to walk around to find the lift/entrance to the hotel.

I sadly gave only a "7" whereas this could have been a "9". For these two reasons: (1) I stayed a week. My shower lacked the handle to allow water to flow ... I notified reception twice of this. Once, someone checked in my room, to conclude that the handle lacked - after that, nothing. I gave up and used the bath instead. (2) The pool area was very nice as said, but there were only 2 lying chairs. Of which one was broken. We informed the pool staff thereof, but it seemed like there were no other lying chairs, and nothing ever changed. Dear hotel, please train your staff to be more pro-active and to actually SOLVE such problems rather than just shrugging. It gives a very bad impression. I am not the complaining type, I don't want to spend energy on asking more than twice, and I just adapt. But it does cause a 7 instead of a 9. This is more than anything about "attitude".

My more expensive "club" room was excellent, with one exception (see below). Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good - do know that you can ask for e.g. cappuccino (decent one!) without extra cost, I only found out on the last day of my stay :) Very nice pool area. Two decent restaurants.

For the 2 nights I stayed there, the room only had one towel and no bottled water. Also, the bed was quite small…I however enjoyed everything else
