We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is cosy and comfortable. The hotel's building was a monastery many years ago and is filled with historical atmoshere. At the same time the rooms and furniture are fresh and in great condition. It is located in the heart of historical center of the city. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby.

Gym is great and I used Kate as a personal trainer for almost 2 weeks, highly recommend her. Everyone in reception was very caring and always willing to help. Spacious rooms and all in the heart of the city. This is my 2nd stay. Love this place.

The location is perfect, in the historic centre of Minsk. The room was excellent, it had everything I wanted without spoiling the ambiance or the medieval feel. Breakfast was great, especially considering you were catering for such a small number of people.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaWhen you book 4 nights in a hotel, that was obviously almost empty, in most European hotels you will receive a bonus, such as a room upgrade or early check-in or extended check-out. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this hotel. I was charged 50% of room rate for early 3 hour check-in. Thank you for your hospitality. If you want to switch off the air conditioning you must call reception to do so and you have to repeat this process each time after taking hotel card from the door slot, i.e, after coming back to the room. This hotel should serve to the guests the sound-stoppers because it is impossible to sleep until 2-3 am. Finally, I bought sound-stoppers. The madrassas are exceptionally soft. I would leave this hotel even after the first night, but I couldn’t because they charged me the full amount for four days as soon as I arrived.
