The internet connection in the room was very bad; it was too often interrupted, it took very long to connect, it would be impossible, for instance, to watch a YouTube video. It was possible to check e-mails and a map, but with long "waiting times". In any case, this was the only inconvenience in the hotel. I had stayed there last year in another room and the connection there was OK.

I mainly appreciated the kind receptionist; the location in the city center, yet in a very quiet little street; and the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Beautiful building, lovely clean room with historical charm, comfy bed, helpful staff, great price, and walking distance to all the attractions of Old Quebec. We had a few hours between check-out and our flight, so concierge allowed us to leave our bags with them (behind a locked door). Highly recommend.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, and 5 minutes from the main promenade and the Champlain monument! There is parking for a car and it is very convenient, since it is simply impossible to leave a car anywhere in the old town. The hotel itself is amazing! The room is very clean, there are all bathroom accessories. The hotel is very warm and quiet. The staff is always friendly. I will give this hotel the highest rating

This is something out of management's control. We are both senior citizens and navigating the stairs, though manageable this time, may well be an issue for us in the future.

I was well-satisfied with all aspects of the property. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the staff. They were thorough, thoughtful and professional. Additionally, being able to park on the hotel grounds, while right in the midst of Old Quebec City, was a real bonus.

The only concern is the accessibility of the hotel, narrow, steep stairs and no elevator makes for a difficult stay if you have any mobility issues, but especially if you need a wheelchair. This is, of course, not the fault of the staff at all, but it is important to point out

Such a quaint little spot atop the hills of Québec City! Comfortable hotel perched amid a historical area with a ton of incredible restaurants, and with such a reasonable price! Room service was very respectful of our belongings and timely to clean up and make the bed daily, and the reception staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. It took us at most 20min to walk leisurely to any historical and archeological sites, and maybe 10min at most to walk to any of the restaurants we ate at. Legitimately incredible place to stay
