Quiet, tucked into a little street, parking right beside building. Short walk to everything. Unpretentious, simple accommodation. Room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable. Not a fancy place, but staff were kind and welcoming.

The location is excellent. Small and charming room had everything you need, including air conditioning for the summer. Also has a private parking for 10$ /day which is extremely useful if your driving. Lovely - will come back !

Stairs to fourth floor were brutal for luggage. Carpet in room is gross. Fan in toilette very loud. Wall paper is old and starting to peel

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were difficult. At several points where the stairs curved, one had to stay very close to the wall to avoid falling. I have experience with similar stairs in our own home. Unfortunately, one day I walked right off the edge where the points narrow and broke my leg. I would strongly advise you to make changes or to at least alert those with mobility issues not to book at your location.

The hotel was in a perfect location and the staff were very pleasant.

I didn’t like the curfew from 2-6am, I didn’t like the price, or the lack of services. It is very old also.

The room lacked a safe, and there were no drawers to put stuff in. The beds were not that comfortable, and the room felt a bit muggy unless you kept the AC very cold.

Loved the staff and location of this hotel. The guy who was at the front desk was super helpful and could answer all my questions. The location was in a great area of Old Quebec City which made it super convenient.

We had to walk up 3 flights to get to our room. No elevator.

The location was fantastic. It was close to all shops and restaurants. I really liked the on-site parking and the fact that they let you know ahead of time that it was made for small cars. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even providing maps.

The staircases are narrow and there isn’t an elevator. Get healthy and be agile if you wish to stay here. Views are a little lacking so get out on the street and enjoy this beautiful city.

You could not get more central in the walled city. The building and street have a charm worth the adventure. This was my third time staying on the property. I would give the hotel an excellent rating but this would upset some peoples expectations. You need to immerse yourselves into Québécois this is a perfect staring point. It could be an opportunity for you if you are open to it. If the Hilton is your preferred setting for a holiday this is not the place for you.

Our room was on the ground level and we've seen bugs crawling on the floor. Room needs some freshening up and renovation. Furniture were old looking and drapes have seen better days. Parking is available but you have to pay per day.

Would have preferred that the microwave was in each room instead of a shared one outside. Otherwise, we really did not have any complaints.

Location was perfect. Really petit room, just right for 2 people, comfortable bed, quiet, and clean. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Check-in time was 4pm, yet when we arrived at around 1pm, room was already available.

A friend who has stayed there several times suggested this hotel because of the breakfast that was served to your room. This was not provided any more. I was disappointed.
