There wasn't enough staff on duty. There was an issue with a large group of children that were running around the halls, banging on doors and screaming and no one on duty to deal with the situation. There was only one young woman at the front desk in the evening and I felt bad for her because she tried her best to contain the situation but the parents of the children felt that children should be free to run around screaming in the hotel hallway.

The room was comfortable. It was spacious and I appreciated the refrigerator and coffee machine. Breakfast was also provided, and it was standard, what one would expect.

Wished there had been more towels in the room and there were quite a few ants near the window. This was brought to the staff's attention and quickly addressed.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the heart shaped jacuzzi in the room.

Don't mind that housekeeping is only on request but would have liked enough coffee and bathroom toiletries in the room to last a three night stay. That being said, I asked reception and they provided.

I would have gladly swapped the pool which we didn't use for a bar or resturaunt or bar as without this social aspect the hotel felt a bit flat.

The rooms were big and complete with everything we wanted. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. It was also nice to have a complimentary breakfast each morning.

The chemical levels of the pool/hot tub were very hard on the eyes. Don’t wear your jewelry into the pool.

Easy to find. Very nice room, comfortable beds. The reception staff was wonderful. We had an issue in the room that the manager dealt with immediately! Much appreciated!

Alarm went off at midnight in room next door... unoccupied. Staff came to turn off but should have been checked by housekeeping.

Good location for attending a concert at the Burlington PAC. Comfy bed and pillows!

We had a few issues including the amount of chlorine used in the hot tub and their flood lights shining directly in our window all night. It made sleeping a bit difficult.

We enjoyed all the amenities including the variety of options with their breakfast. Fresh fruit, sausage and eggs, waffles! All delicious! The pool, hot tub and gym were very easily accessible and well maintained.

The breakfast was not at all what I expected. I think that the selection of food for breakfast is by far much better in your chain of hotels in the USA . The coffee was pretty bad .

The couch was not a comfortable piece of furniture to sit on. We both ended up being sick while there so spent all of our time in the room and a comfy couch would have been amazing.

We had a king suite and the bed was comfortable; the room was large enough that we weren’t stepping on each other when moving. I only had the breakfast one day, and my hubby just brought me an assortment of items so I don’t know the full scale of options but what I did have was good.

The light in my room wasn't the best, and the Air conditioning could be noisy if you are a light sleeper like me, especially because it is next to the bed ,and it is not constant, it turns on and off intermittently to maintain heat. the ventilation in the room is not the best, a lot of humidity after the day.

The pillows are very comfy, the hot breakfast is nice, is good and tasty, eggs, sausages or bacon, potatoes, bread, pancakes, cereals and fresh fruit, of course juice and coffee too. The inside pool is nice, and is open until 10. The Jacuzzi is a little too hot but it's ok, both of them are a great option to end your day and relax your body. The staff is super nice and attentive. The clean service is only by request and you need to ask for it the day before. I'm a light sleeper and overall it is a quiet place. If you are planning to spend some days in Toronto, this is a great option! The distance is fair and the price/quality is great. Totally recommended! I'll be there again for sure!
