Restaurant was closed monday and tuesday and breakfast was not that good

Pillows were too soft. Sound (bass mostly) from a Quinceañeara in the ballroom traveled to our room on the 3rd floor. There was no channel guide on the TV so we were left trying to figure it out on our own. Made me rememver why I hated cable so much.

Beds were super comfortable. Our front desk agent was extremely pleasant and friendly.

I’m not sure if it did have complimentary breakfast. It wasn’t advertised or meant by staff. But there was multiple restaurants in the area we could find food at.

The rooms are all named after someone and displayed some of their works and pictures. I thought this was unique and definitely different from most hotels. I was spectacle about the restaurant on the main floor but it exceeded expectations and was very tasty. I would definitely visit here again if I was every in the area.

The only thing we noticed was that the headboard of the bed had significant smudges on it, and we were unsure if that was from cleaning or if it was accidentally missed. Overall super clean and cozy space though!

The room and features were incredible, and the place is always stunning to look at. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and ready to help.

We didn’t like the room we had as it was close to the coffee station and elevators. We tried to move farther from this noisy area but there were no other rooms available.

The staff were very friendly. They even had a relaxing area set up on the roof to see the eclipse. It was awesome. Finally the gentleman at the restaurant was great. We chatted for a bit and he was the one that told us about the rooftop area.

Not the hotels fault at all, but an event next door took up all the parking. I was able to find street parking a ways away, but as a country girl, I was a little nervous walking back to the hotel in the evening. Other than that, the stay was great

Room, lobby and hallways were very clean. All staff were kind and courteous, very welcoming. Nicely decorated. The second floor coffee bar is great ! Very good breakfast in the restaurant. Also many restaurants in the area, and conveniently located.

The room was fantastic. We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. Amenities are great. The location is great. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The hotel and the room were amazing and really enjoyed the 24hr coffee bar as well as dinner at the in hotel restaurant. I will definitely stay here again!!🤗

No breakfast served. Overall very good experience will definitely return. Note, the young black female who checked us out was exceptional. My experience with check in was Excellent. It was Grey Cup weekend so rate was a bit more than planned.

Our curtains didn’t fully close so the sunlight came in and the entire time we were there and there was this annoying loud sound that was coming from upstairs that kept us up all night. We told the front desk prior to leaving and they tried to give us a breakfast voucher but unfortunately we couldn’t use it as we were both heading straight to work from check out

The beds were absolutely so comfortable and the entire hotel was very clean! Free 24 he coffee station!

Bit of cleaning missed on wall blood spot on bathroom wall but it would take a person with OCD to see it. It was so very clean other wise. The cleaning staff was very helpful all trip. You %100 have big chunks of rust and scum in ice. To defrost 4th floor ice in a bucket the nasty is endless.

It's only 10 because it's best in Hamilton but not the world, We suck in Hamilton bad. Pool needs a clean, the hot tub being removed at some point very sad but the pool was warm. Hot Free coffee and laundry! $9 for a bag of chips is a bit much. Wine and beer and food. The best motel food but very high cost with cheep kid meal options and good size meals.
