The shower could use some attention. It sprayed water outside of the shower and got the shelf wet and everything on the shelf. The handle on the toilet was about ready to fall off so my husband fixed it.

A bit shabby. Heater in bathroom didn't work/ no knobs. Heater in bedroom didn't keep the room warm enough.

Great value. Right downtown. Very clean. Felt safe. Sizeable work space with enough outlets. Fridge, microwave, tea kettle. Large shower. Comfortable bed. Enough lighting. Easy parking.

The room must be poorly insulated because the heat (and loud blower) went on every 20 minutes throughout the night.

Heating system quite dated. Room was frigid upon arrival. Took hours to warm up to comfortable level. Then, temperature control was difficult at best. Wall heater was very loud and inconsistent.

Great staff. Very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Good location. Room was stark but pleasant. Very clean. Older but well maintained.

I suspect I looked at the images wrong but we needed a table and chair and our room had only a narrow counter height shelf and a stool too tall for my short legs. The only place to hang clothes in our room was a high bar over the microwave area without enough room for the formal clothes we brought to attend a wedding. - this may be more about my attention to detail than a criticism of the room.

The location is great, the people are very nice and responsive and the place is very very clean.

A little too compact...

The room was really small, but we made do for one night. Need something better to block out the light at night. It made it hard to sleep.

Motel was close to downtown. We walked to dinner. Very nice shower. Everything was nice and clean.

I wish the lobby opened earlier so I could get a real cup of coffee before 8am. I also wish my room had true black out curtains. A lot of light from the walkway and the street came in even with the curtains pulled.

The location was fantastic — I walked to dinner in the evening and to a coffee shop the next morning. My room had been tastefully updated. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm but with enough give to keep the hips comfy. The linens on the bed were nice, too. They were soft and didn’t few thin and cheap like so many budget motels.

This looks like an older facility, but it has been updated very nicely. The room was on the small side but is very comfortable. Since it is in the center of the city, it can be a bit noisy, and there were trains that sounded their whistles on a regular basis.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The updates to the facility are very nice. Access is pretty easy given that it is in the city center.

The room was small but cozy and we loved it. Had Everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The AC was a bit loud and it was a warm day, so I needed to have it on most of the night. The bathroom & shower was dated & could use an upgrade. Room was a bit small for 2, but would be fine for one person.

I’m glad the had a fridge microwave and water heater for the instant coffee or tea. Location was great, walkable to several shops, restaurants and the riverfront. Was able to park right in front of my room too.

The room needs better drapes to cover the window. Three panels didn’t do the job and they were a little thin. I felt a little exposed on the ground floor.
