Our room's electrical connections were a little dodgy. When the supplied hair dryer was used the lights failed and the fridge never worked.

.A great place to stay right by the river and we had use of the spa and pool in the hotel behind. The room was spacious and had own bath/shower and separate sink. OfWould recommend. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

It was too warm in the room. The fan that was provided did not really provide cool air. Plus, there wasn't enough parking available.

Place is dated but clean and very comfortable. Patio was super close to the other rooms and chairs were dirty. But the location is GREAT. staff were helpful and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you

Their was no parking, waited over 30 minutes to check-in since their was no staff at the front desk. No Ac. Old furniture. Definitely overpriced.

Location is perfect. Round the corner from everything you need. The facility itself is dated, but does the job. Room has all facilities you need, but is not a new renovated hotel room, it's an old tired motel-type room, but comfortable, and surprisingly much larger than expected. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We actually found it was great value for money,

The lobby is in need of a make over,

We had a beautiful view from our room balcony. However the balcony was small and in need of sprucing up a little. Easy walk to down town and all amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

First night I stayed on the main floor, my next room neighbor were chatting and laughing so loud even when pass mid night! The walls are so thin that I was able to hear everything about their conversation. I need my sleep so I asked the front desk to let them know and to keep it down but after the front desk staff called them, not only that they didn’t stop…they laughed even louder than before. Some people just don’t want to consider other people or respect, especially it pass mid night at that point. I then came back to the front desk again and he said he could remove them but I didn’t twang to cause any problems cuz we are there for the same reasons so the staff gave me another room on the 2nd floor and it was quiet and comfortable.

it’s in downtown area, a few minutes walk to the village busy area and it’s next right to the river and you can rent canoe or kayak or paddle boarding as well

Room a bit small and cramped once we brought our luggage in. Sofa bed not very comfortable. Expensive compared to other similar stays in Canada, though cheap for Banff.

Staff very nice, very accommodating and helpful. Location brilliant. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Great budget option for Banff.
