The bed sheets were a bit of an issue as they felt rough for one of my friend's with more sensitive skin; in her words, it "felt like paper." The room's were not very spacious, but given we were rarely at the hotel it didn't bother us specifically too much.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful for the duration of the stay. We did encounter trouble with the toilet flooding the bathroom on the third night. However, the staff moved us to a new room the next day as compensation without trouble. Breakfast was surprisingly good, as we were out and about early in the mornings and never had to worry about eating out because the food was filling and quiet good. The location being near the center of town was definitely a major plus for us, as we didn't have a car and walked everywhere. As a group of girls it made staying our easier knowing our hotel was always within walking distance.

I can hear heat machine dripping during the night time, so I need earplugs for sleep (they provided two pairs which is good).

No refrigerator in the room!! What? I mistakenly assumed this was a staple these days. Oh, well. The elevator was quite slow, and the breakfast was meager - but the coffee was great!

The location can't be beat. We love being in the middle of town and walking everywhere!! The room was lovely and the staff were great. The balcony was so amazing, overlooking Bear Street. We'll stay here again with a couple of changes: We obviously won't bring anything we need to put in a fridge, and breakfast will be at TouLouLoo's instead of the continental at the hotel.

Location, unique features of the lodges, especially the reading room which included framed articles on the history of the Brewster family. The fitness room and sauna were great and the little stores on the main floor were awesome.

The doors and walls were a little less than sound proof. Weather stripping the doors would be helpful. Bathroom is a little dated. Could use an update soon.

The room facing inner yard extremely noisy due to the permanently running ventilation. It would be great to have that fixed at least during the night hours. The breakfast selection limited, not changed within 5 days of the stay

it says continental breakfast included and there are quite varieties we didn't expect. Nice to start with that for a day. Walking distance to everything. That was a nice stay at banff. Must try the pizza at three bear brewery, just opposite to the hotel.

Breakfast is very simple and has no changes from day to day. It gets very old quickly. having a couple of alternate choices every other day would go a long way. Toulouloos has a great breakfast, and there is a Starbucks on the corner for a quick grab and go to break up the monotony. Location of property is excellent. However, a couple of room locations can be problematic from a noise perspective, which are out of control of the property owner. Our amazing room sat right above Caribou Street where there are multiple late night spots that tend to have some loud patrons of the bars spill out into the street after midnight until about 2 am. A few nights, the live music can also become a bit loud. Surprisingly, the weeknights were the worst, while weekend nights were rather quiet. Again, this issue is out of the control of the property, affects a very small percentage of rooms, and must be weighed against the amazing location of the property.

Overall service, rooms and location of property was excellent. Very walkable location and convenient for nice restaurants as well as casual dining options. Take advantage of reserving your parking space before your arrival day...This is a must if you plan on parking on site at the property. Absolutely everything you need is within a 1-5 minute walk (Restaurants, Shops, Outfitters, Spas, Pharmacy, Grocery, Transportation, etc)
