Service and description needs improvement: - the hotel advertised a „free airport shuttle“ without clarifying that this offer is subject to availability. You cannot reserve a spot at the shuttle prior to your arrival but only during check in. If that day / time more people go to the airport you might end up without shuttle and have to walk. - the shuttle does not drive directly to the airport. This hotel seems to be popular with employees of a cargo airline, so the driver takes a serious detour and takes them to their workplace. If you drive this route directly, you can make it easily in 6 minutes, with the detour you need to schedule 15 minutes. I have read about the detour in other comments and can confirm it. - the walk from the airport to the hotel is not easy and Google maps does not always help to find the right path, so you might have to go back and forth until you find the right way between the several huge parking lots. We walked back from the airport after returning our rental car and it took us several attempts to find the right way - not a pleasant experience when it is raining. The hotel should provide a description upon check in. - breakfast to go is really poorly organized. They prepare some breakfast packages in the morning for those who have to leave before breakfast (starts at 06:00). However, they make much less packages than people booking the shuttle before or at 06:00, so you will quite likely end up without. Anyway, the breakfast packages we saw the guests before us receiving had only a bottle of water, an apple and a frozen plain doughnut. This can be done much better.

New hotel. Very quiet despite the location close to the airport. Free parking. Airport shuttle every 30 Minutes (I believe first shuttle is at 05:00, but am not sure).

Very close to the airport after a long flight. Nice breakfast with good coffee Room was super quiet. Bed comfy and shower was great. Shuttle was excellent and we only waited 2 minutes for that.

The only thing that i can mention here is the attitude of the driver who took us to the airport from the hotel, it was a but rude.

Location is really convenient when you are looking to be near to the airport, we spend one night here before our flight to get home after an incredible vacations. They have a shuttle service to the airport which is great. Make sure you book this services while doing your check in. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The hotel was packed in the morning and they storage our luggage for a few hours before the check in.

- Some reception staffs are too stiff, they understand in a very strict literal way the English of a foreigner (talking about me). I know my expression might not have been right but it seemed that the person was mad at me and later changed the tone of voice for a very rapid and tough way. -The restaurant did not serve warm/hot food and there were not many options for dinner. -The bed I slept over was rarely bent and the bottle water is only free for Hilton membership owners. If above points could be considered I definitely think that the hotel will have better feedbacks.

The hotel offers free transportation (rides) from airport and to airport destinations. I think this is a very attentive, such a plus service. Overall hotel staffs are attentive.

The food in the restaurant is not the best we have ever had. In fact, on this trip we chose to drive to Wendy's for a salad.

The property is very close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, clean and very adequate for an overnight stay.
