We found the pool and hot tub cold. The hot tub especially was too cool for comfort. While the common areas of the hotel were very clean, the hot tub felt gritty on the bench seat.

We love the size of the rooms and large underground carpark. Breakfast is always good as well.

The breakfast elderly lady was really rude. We showed up 5 minutes to the end of breakfast time. We initially thought that because it was a holiday Monday, that the breakfast would be served during holiday hours. However it was not. When I asked if I can just grab a few packaged things, she rudely said no that she's putting it all away. She actually grabbed the remainder of hot food and dumped it into the garbage right in front of us. She ruined morning.

I loved how the front desk agent called half hour after arriving to check in on us to ensure we are satisfied. She was really friendly and welcoming. It's the first time someone has ever done that for us, so that was really memorable.

There was no fan in the bathroom, and it would have been nice to have a dimmer switch in there.

We were glad to have our check-out extended until noon! it helped us stay and enjoy the hot tub in the morning.

It's generally clean, but our room stunk a bit every time when we walked into the room, but we got used to the smell after a while.

Location is very good. Only short drive to downtown and everywhere. Breakfast is good. The beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The breakfast was fine. Not exceptional compared to the best I've ever had, but I got the food I needed to eat which is important. Eggs were tasty compared to stays in other hotels. Parking was plentiful during our stay. Close proximity to Foothills Hospital.

Be advised there may be a number of people living on the street around at night (e.g., sleeping / chilling in small green spaces around hotel banks), obviously being by the train means more traffic than without. But property can't exactly control that to a certain extent, and people are just trying to live. Just more of a caution RE: some individuals struggle with addictions and may not always be sober or nice.

Convenient that it's by the C-train; around other hotels, so also a bit convenient in terms of location. Fairly quiet in terms of traffic noise. Appreciate the underground parking (less likely to get GTA/car theft).

The curtains do not close and a lot of city lights coming in. Prefer a dark room.

Like the underground parking and close to many good restaurants. Easy access to main roads, highway 1, city centre, etc. The king suite was very spacious and a good value.

we had to change rooms after the first night the front desk guy was on the phone at 12:01 bugging us to get out of the room, meanwhile the maids were still busy a couple doors down. The carpet in the hallway is worn and dirty and has a odor too it

There is no restaurant for the breakfast.people have to have breakfast at the hall, That’s a little bit crowded.but it's OK，the food not bad,and the stuffs are all friendly.

The location is good. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the c train station. My son likes the water slide and the hot tub.

The pool seemed to not be heated at all. My daughter didn’t want to swim long because it was so cold, and that’s part of the reason we booked the hotel.

Location was perfect as we were going to the childrens hospital first thing in the morning.
