Though pet friendly the fee for a pet stay is as much as a human. Rather abusive. $50 for each adult per night and 50 for our pet per night. All carpet needs to be removed and replaced with vinyl.

The cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved, there was also visible dust on the curtains, the mattress was super soft and there were no shades to darken the room, the lights from the parking lot in front of the hotel were lighten up our room the whole night, very unpleasant. Also it was extremely cold in the hallways. The whole hotel has seen better times and needs some serious renovations

There was supposed to be handwash and body lotion in the bathroom to realize the containers were empty, meaning the amenities aren't checked to insure the guest has everything that is needed

The staff at the front desk was friendly when we checked in. However, once we got to our room we realized we were not given the room we reserved. It was around 8-9pm when we checked in, and they did not have any other rooms available that we had originally reserved. The attendant was very inexperienced and young, she was rude and unhelpful. I’ll keep it simple: She kept saying it wasn’t her fault and she didn’t know what we wanted her to do, after clearly stating our request and the problem at hand. She kept repeating “I don’t know what you want me to do”, essentially saying it’s not her problem and she’s not helping. We finally had to ask to call a manager to solve the issue and the manager came in and quickly fixed the problem by giving us a second room next door to ours so we had proper sleeping arrangements for the whole family. She was very helpful and professional, as should be expected. We appreciated her help. It was frustrating to show up without the correct room available, with young kids, in the evening when we were very tired from traveling. We had hoped to get to bed right away for an early departure, but instead didn’t get things solved and into bed until close to midnight. I hope this staff member gets adequate training for problem solving and conflict resolution, or only works when management is on site.

Property needs a remodel Tv didn't work, we were tired, I didn't bother the staff over the TV. Room was a little small.

Breakfast was good, they were short staffed. Beds were clean. Wet bar with microwave and refrigerator was more than I expected.

Some of the staff. some were excellent others were not so pleasant to deal with. A few months prior a manager reached out and said to email her any arrangements needed for my wedding and never received a response… I also reached out to the corporate side and never received a response for a room block. major if my wedding party as well as wedding attendees stayed here and no acknowledgment was made. thank God for booking.com to make it possible to book. I am almost sure I will not use this brand again. though.

Handicap access

The check in was fast and the attendant was pleasant. I was expecting the usual long check in procedure but she made it quick and easy. My only disappointment was I had reserved a handicap room for my husband and although it was one, it was on the 3rd floor. They are normally on the ground level so this was a huge challenge fir him to be able to negotiate a large wheelchair into the hallway exiting elevator. The same fir going in the room, he had to be taken from chair and carried in the room snd then collapse his chair just to get inside the room. He could not get into the bathroom either due to wall restrictions Other than the aforesaid, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves.
