The room was large with a nice kitchenette. The breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast. Keurig coffee pot in the room was appreciated.

The fact that we requested 2 extra pillows they were not there. No blankets for the extra pull out couch bed then we had to wait a long time for them and it was already late after flying in 11pm.!! They got the blankets up at 1145pm And we did not have enough towels for 3 people!!

The parking set up makes it difficult to unload or load a car as it is a bit of a walk to the garage. When we were checking out there were no carts available to transport our luggage. This required us to make numerous trips back to our room and out to the parking garage. On arrival the staff appeared to be new and not very knowledgeable. Check in was slow because of this. We weren't informed that we had to ask for towels when we needed them. When finally ordering towels it took almost 3 hrs to get them and they were obviously older towels and not as thick as the towels we had at the start.

Very nice comfortable suite. The breakfast selections were exceptional as was the seating area. The location was good for downtown access but the walk to the waterfront was extremely steep and heard for us to walk back up.

Most things like toilet paper, towels, second set of bedding, etc. we're not provided or restocked. Had to ask. Asked for late check-in, staff never entered it into the system and had to negotiate again the next day.

I had only two towels and one robe in the room. Also there was only one dishwasher tab and very little plates. When we have a booking for 4 people there should be 4 towels at least. When I asked for more coffee and shampoo for our second day as we were there for 3 nights it took 1 in person visit to the front desk in the morning and 2 calls (all explaining the same things needed) just to finally have someone come at 10pm to bring us one coffee packet for a coffee maker we don't have(k cups is what we needed). He was not great at speaking English so I he wanted me to type out what I needed on his phone so he could get it for me. All in all our stay was good but the dishes, towels and poor restocking of essentials was something that can easily be corrected and was sloppy on your part

Too few elevators for that size facility and the amount of people. Only two washers and two dryers for that size facility. And one dryer was broke. Front desk staff had some issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Had to change rooms after about an hour because someone had smoked in our room. Like the size and amenities in the room. Great location.

The fridge could do with some cleaning

Breakfast was good with staff topping up the food regularly. The staff especially at the reception were very helpful & welcoming; showed us the directions to get to the harbour etc. We arrived a couple of hours before the check in time, the reception lady told us we could rest & have a coffee or tea in the dining area & as soon as the room was available she came over to notify us.

The Wifi is non existent, . Maybe you have to pay extra for a good connection but that shouldn’t be the case nowadays. That really annoyed me. It would be nice to have some non dairy milk at breakfast. My daughter has a dairy allergy and couldn’t have a coffee or cereal.

The king suite was spacious and met our needs. The breakfast was good. Staff was responsive when we wanted anything.

1. Parking - not enough - especially for blue spots and the garage was too far for my husband 2. Check-in Issues - took awhile as one of the staff had checked the wrong person into our reserved room. no way to know if we got an equivalent room 3. outlets in the bedside lamps did not work properly - very loose 4. couch was small and horribly uncomfortable - hard as a rock. 5. Elevators were always overcrowded - full by the time it reached our mid-level room 6. Breakfast was fine but not enough seating to accommodate.

We came in and found a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, trash weren’t empty. No dish rag and poorly equiped with kitchen supplies. I was expecting a minimum with paying 600$ for two nights.
