The entry steps are quite steep. I read about the steps in a previous review, so I was prepared, but they would be hard to navigate for anyone with knee or hip issues.

The room was fabulous (roomy and comfortable), and the staff was particularly helpful. The location was perfect for exploring both upper and lower Quebec City.

We used the hotel parking to the garage below nearby city hall. Despite clerk’s instructions, we had trouble entering AND exiting garage. Helpful passersby showed us how to use the unintuitive entrance and exit kiosks.

Excellent location in heart of Vieux Quebec. Warning: there is a short but steep staircase to climb from the street level entrance to the lobby. There was another flight of about six stairs from our room entrance to the main part of the spacious room. This hotel (indeed Vieux-Quebec) is not for you if you can’t climb stairs.

The one thing we had hoped for was better pillows we had been in the hotel before and first time the room was much more comfortable however it’s a beautiful hotel highly recommend

This place is actually historic upon some reading online. Would be great for them to consider some historical information or narrative upon checkin or something along the lines - might help with the attractiveness of the property!

The room was quite cramped but not a big issue, esp for its price. I like that my room has a window with a view of Old Quebec. Instructions for late checkin were pretty straightforward. The bathroom was separate from the room and two rooms or so away but again, not a big issue. The bathroom has all I need and was well cleaned and supplied. The aesthetic of the room was really cool. The location was fantastic! Close to places of interest. Highly recommend this place!

Must say the most difficult part was going up the stairs with luggage but once we opened those room doors it was all worth it! Beautiful!

The location, the decor, the room was WOW (fireplace), windows with a beautiful view, the art around the room was lovely.

Overall, our experience was positive with nothing significant to complain about. The only minor issue was our room's proximity to the main entry, resulting in some noise from people coming and going. However, it wasn't as bothersome as we initially anticipated when we received the room key.

We were pleased to have the option for an early check-in, which was convenient. The room was clean, and we appreciated the availability of extra pillows. Despite our short stay of just one night, we would recommend this hotel to friends and family

The bed was uncomfortable. It was an outdated mattress that was very stiff (I love firm mattresses but this was beyond firm).The pillows were extremely flat. It made for a long uncomfortable night.

The hotel was lovely! It was in the perfect location for a quick overnight stay and the staff were helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the history of the hotel and the convenience of wine glasses and a fridge.

We loved the hotel. There was nothing bothering us.

My family and I loved the interior design of the rooms. The location was great; you can walk to anywhere. We were there before Christmas and the Christmas Market was just across the hotel. The place was quiet and the parking garage was nearby.
