Bathroom unusual, pulled 2 sliding doors to create a bathroom, room was slightly cramped and a little dated. Having said that it was a good base and bed was very comfortable. Knowing what I know I would stay again.Just make sure your room is at the back away from the trainline. Lighting could be better in room

Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Our room was noisy and they changed me to a different room when I requested. Breakfast choice and included, there were healthy choices amongst predominantly non healthy. Personally a saturated fat high sugar diet isn't my choice. To have other options available just great. Spa pool and laundry facilities (user pay) great. Location about 10 mins walk from town

Lots of stairs. One of our friends had a broken foot and getting to our room was tricky.

It was conveniently located and the outdoor hot tubs were nice at the end of the day. Onsite laundry was also very convenient.

I booked 2 rooms. The one with 2 double beds was very spacious, plenty of room for luggage etc. The room with one double was very cramped, comfortable with a new shower/ bathroom, but we felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, and good quality. Hot tub was small and noisy. Ten minute walk to downtown shops and bars. All in all a good stay

The bathroom was sectioned off my two very thin glass/ plastic doors that didn’t close properly. Giving you very little privacy. There was also an extremely loud hum that went on all night, not sure if it was someone’s attempt at leaving the bathroom fan on to help with odours.

It was very clean, lots of parking, and a lovely breakfast room and good selection for breakfast.

Breakfast could have been a little better - maybe some hash browns or more veggie options. The towels for the pool were tiny and had to walk from room to hot tubs via car park / main road so robes would have been nice to supply. Bathroom was small with sink in main room which I didn’t love.

Staff were really helpful and nice, location great. Nice it included breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is open to the bedroom which you close off either sliding doors which isn’t the problem, the problem is that when the room above you close their doors it’s extremely noisy.

I thought my room at least was a bit low light. The hotel is a little too far from town than others. That may be great for some for me it was a a bit too far.

We are not coffee drinkers and that was all that was offered in the room. It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and/or hot chocolate.

The price was a big feature. The room, although on the small size, was clean and comfortable and room enough for the two of us. The walk in shower was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and informative. Breakfast was not great as some of the hot food was less than warm. Variety was fine. The room was quiet and away from noise of town center. A leisurely walk to many restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.

How hot the room was even with the air conditioning on fully.

Nice clean room but it was a little small if you have a lot of luggage or gear.(Skiers) No problem for short stays but it could get cluttered quick without storage space.
