Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Canadawe were right by highway, so was hard to sleep, very noisy. and the cell service and internet were down, assume the owners realized that and could have checked in on guests, but we just drove to Nelson to check in with family and returned to salmo.

CanadaLike i stated In previous post, the only downfall is no AC, but with the fan on and windows opened after the sun goes behind the mountains,it cools off nicely.
It was cozy, and super clean. Reminded me of a little cabin. Can't say how the staff was as it was contacless check in/out, I can only assume they are friendly. Only downfall is no A/C, but as renovations continue maybe that will be added in. The stand up fan definitely got a workout in the 38 degree heat. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again.

The “king” bed had lovely white bedding; a separate living area, and the bathroom were all nicely renovated and super clean! The unit was a nice surprise as I typically don’t stay in motels. It had a small fridge with coffee maker; and chest of drawers to put your things on top of - as well as a comfortable couch. The decor was very eclectic looking with nice art. Very reasonably priced; and nicely located to the town’s bars/restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place!

CanadaFirst impression of the motel was not so great but once you are in the room everything is in order. Very fresh clean linens, towels, bathroom, and kitchen for the price. We stayed in a posh hotel in Cranbrook twice the price and it smell sweaty and the service was lousy. The host are very hospitable. We will come back again.
