Did not get an email about how to get in, all doors were locked and noone was answering the phone. After 10 calls the kitchen worker/chef answered the phone and came and unlocked the door. We were very grateful she came and helped us in! We had a great stay and highly recommend the place!

The bed was wonderful! Super comfy and firm enough to sleep in soundly. Linens were of high quality. My fiancee didn't want to leave bed as it was so wonderful. The room had everything we needed and more. The view was also very nice. This location is great!

There was a small oversight we noticed when we first checked in. We contacted the front desk, it was immediately dealt with. Great customer service.

Room was super comfortable, spacious, luxurious. Great place to curl up in on a rainy evening. It was also a great location, right on the harbour.

Would have liked to have a bit of milk in the fridge to go with the coffee and tea available. Not a fan of creamer powder.

The room was beautiful, jacuzzi tub was fantastic. Had a very luxurious and relaxing stay in a great location! We especially loved having the restaurant downstairs for quick access to delicious food! Very happy with our stay :)

No breakfast included, it'd be nice if it's included. It will be worth the value. Also, add for the car parking, I had to pay my parking ticket on that day.

Lots of stairs, needs a handyman to do touch ups; kitchenette sink taps were loose, batteries in remotes not working, fan and light over bed not working (remote). One note, room was located above the deli, noise transferred through the floor to kitchenette. Closed at 9 PM, did not affect sleep in super comfy king sized bed.

Centrally located, walked the whole weekend. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Did not like how long tub took to fill up. Barely any hot water. Thought tub was jacuzzi it was not :( Lip smudge on cups (not from us) Only one robe there was two of us Floss in tub floating ( not our floss)

Room was great. However...the lamps on either side of the bed wouldn't work, despite us trying every switch in the room. The coffee maker stopped working after one cup. And the curtains were stained. Come on, buy new curtains. Details matter. The walls are paper thin, as expected in an old building, but we unfortunately heard too much of what our neighbours in the adjacent room were doing.

Great view, clean room, and it was cozy. And the location was great as well.

1- ceiling fan had no remote for speed and there was no light 2- unfortunately we were above the restaurant and could hear chairs being dragged and voices 3- not sure why but there was a very small tv in the kitchen about 12” and it did not work.. 4 basically this room is a great place for two people because of upstairs great king bed and huge bathroom

No AC. Was 29 degrees in the room still at midnight and didn't become sleepable until 3:30am. Had to open the windows to a noisy restaurant patio right outside the window and still no airflow. A number of lights in the room didn't work including the bathroom ceiling fan.

The room was clean and comfortable but I'd expect AC, onsite parking and breakfast at that price.

A simply hotel room, more like a B&B structure as their is not hotel lobby. Perfectly situationed, the deli below looked good & seemed to be open early & late.
