Breakfast room was too small and difficult to find a table. One morning difficult to get into the breakfast room as food and drink all very close together causing a queue. Bread rolls not always refilled

The old outdated look of me and my friend's hotel rooms. It looked dull, dark, depressing and something from the the 70's or 80's. My room also had an old smell to it. Also coming from a Nordic country the full floor carpets were a big con for me. Only the bathroom looked decently modern. However we pretty much only slept in the rooms so in the end it didn't bother that much but they most certainly should renovate the rooms.

Location of the hotel was very good, public areas were cozy, breakfast was good and they had many options to choose from. The hotel room bathroom was decently modern and very clean. Good for the price.

Somewhat outdated bathroom and shower, and poor lighting. Also not really the fault of the hotel, but there was loud construction going on right outside my window starting every morning at 7am which made it impossible to sleep in, even with the windows closed. Again, no fault of the hotel but it was slightly detracting to the stay.

The room was very small and pretty cold. No free parking, just a payed place in the garage with a not very comfortable entry. Strong bleach smell at the pool. Near the hotel there is a construction underway, it is noisy and dusty from 7-30 a.m.

We stayed at BW Stadshotell just for one night. The staff were helpful, they provided us with a room with large double bed, as we asked. The bed was so comfortable, we really enjoyed our sleep. There was a very good shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. There were also two bathrobes, so we could use them for our spa visit. The spa area was ok, a bit old sauna and jakuzzi, but there was also a small pool. The breakfast was very nice in the beautiful hall. It could be more fruit, but in general it was ok.

There wasn't really anything we didn't particularly like; it was quite an ordinary hotel. Not too memorable, in good or bad.

Convenient parking: there was a lift from the parking garage straight to the room floors. The speed-checkout was nice; we could just drop our keys to a box when we left, as long as we paid in advance.

Even though the breakfast was great, we believe that offering more sourdough / full grain bread (healthier variants and less convenient products) would have been the absolute greatest! The bathroom was clean but rather an older one which may be due to the fact that we got a room allowing for dogs.

The breakfast was great! Fresh fruits, yoghurt, granola, croissants, pancakes, and the possibility to make your own fresh waffles was really nice. When we came into our room, we found two bowls for food and water for our dog including a small package of lovely dog cookies - always warms a dog mum’s heart! :) The hotel offered Rituals sole, shower gel and even conditioner - BIG PLUS! Loved that!

Location is best possible. Breakfast "more" than average. Room large with most facilities. The fact they have garage in their basement is perfect when traveling the coast with car. Value for money. Excellent choice.

The ventilation in the room was extremely noisy, which was disturbing in the night. For the high price of the hotel, we would not expect such outdated furnishing.

The breakfast was extremely delicious, the rooms really nice and very clean. Also the SPA Area was really nice. The location was perfect.

A bit complicated to reach by car - be prepared to drive around the town and make sure your GPS is updated. The price is a bit high for the general standard of the hotel and it is sad that they charge 170 SEK per night for parking.

Nice staff, excellent location on the main walking street. Nice atrium with breakfast and great bar-area. Handy with parking, easily accessible and not crowded, just under the hotel. Good breakfast and great with alloted times, to avoid crowding. Location is perfect with a nice old town with quaint small houses in one direction, a busy shopping and eating/drinking street and harbour in another - next door! Don't miss walking across to the other side of the bay and enjoy the beutiful view of the town.

Couldn't sleep. To much noise in the hotel - shouting in the corridor, doors slamming etc. Like bachelor hotel. No soundproofing. Small room. No value for the money in all. Paid for parking space in the garage but the parking spaces was to small for a modern car.

Coffee was ok.
