Unfortunately, the price for this specific weekend was incredibly high and in my opinion unreasonable. We will return, one day for the great views on not such a busy weekend.

We booked a room with a garden/pool view thinking it might be quiet, but the noise from outside (think it was the big fan or maybe air con unit outside) was very loud and affected us getting to sleep, would not recommend those rooms if you are sensitive to those kinds of sounds.

Brilliant location, safe&convenient with lovely views, nice walk into town or to Stanley Park, great indoor and outdoor pool, delicious breakfasts, staff unfalteringly welcoming, polite and helpful, very high standards of cleanliness, would stay again (in fact, we did!).

Booked a superior room with pool view but couldn’t see it they were kind enough to move us to a better room which was great. The property aesthetically, roof areas rooms looking over the roofs needs some updating.

The doorless shower was kinda a mess, the water from the shower got all over the floor.

The view was not the best, I overlooked the parking lot. The room was nice and big and very clean.

Didn’t like the bed! Very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep much because of this. However they did try to help by placing a board underneath the mattress. Unfortunately didn’t make a lot of difference. In fact the bed would be the only thing to stop me from returning…

Loved the location , loved the pool area although could have done with more Sun loungers. Staff all very pleasant, loved the view from our room.

How loud the music was in the H2 restaurant. While great music due to the volume we could not converse easily.

We had an exhilarating view of the bay where we could watch cruise ships, sea planes, rowing teams, roller blading families, dog walkers, and bicyclists under blue skies.

We drove our electric car and the options for charging were not great, in the hotel parking lot they had a few chargers but for $10 an hour to charge with another $8 one time charge to pay to park. Caps at $30 - these were med speed chargers so we ended up paying $38 to partially charge. Then another $28 to finish charging, then $45 to actually park the car overnight with the hotel. We loved the hotel location and everyone at valet was super kind but feels like a better solution for EV drivers could be provided by the hotel. We searched surrounding areas and found a few cheaper charging locations however they were too far to walk back to the hotel.

Amazing location, staff was super friendly and helpful, really made us feel at home. Loved our rooms view, pool was warm and outside area was perfect with a turf area for kids to run around. Coffee shop right in the lobby was super convenient.

Beautiful property with amazing views!! The beds are so comfortable!! We loved the proximity to the walking paths along the water front and great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and gave us a free upgrade on our room.

Best breakfast buffet! This is a solid 4 (potentially 5) hotel. It's just as nice as some 5 star resorts I've stayed at.
