“The location could not be better - overlooking the old town and immediately adjacent to the pedestrian area. Just steps away from cafes, grocery stores, and book stores, etc. Just wonderful - the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (including with our mountains of luggage). We could not have had a better stay. We had one night to break up a long journey between South Africa and Canada and chose this in lieu of staying at an airport hotel. What a gem! We were so happy with our choice and enjoyed seeing a little slice of Switzerland on our layover.”
