We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe rooms were a bit dated, but didn't bother too much. The parking can be too small when all rooms are booked and there there are additional guests in the restaurant.
Good breakfast, separate rooms, comfy beds, very close to the ski resort (literally behind the hotel), free parking. Good food at the restaurant, but a bit too pricey. Very nice personnel.

Conveniently located next to ski bus and very close to chair lift. The room is clean with a comfortable bed.

the property is a great location you can wake up have a delicious breakfast in the hotel and walk to the pist! if you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway it is a great place. don’t go if you want luxury it is purely a ski in ski out hotel.

They are desperately in need of renovation, and do not provide the quality and level of comfort appropriate for the price that is charged. - very out of date furnishings & sanitary facilities. - very uncomfortable, hard beds. - paper-thin floors / ceilings - can hear every movement, sound and running water of other guests in room above. - tv awkwardly perched high up on top of a wardrobe.
