Great for an overnight stay at the airport in between flights. Different and interesting concept. The capsule was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean toiletries (shampoo, soap and conditioner) were not provided, but there are hair dryers, body lotion and towels.

Door to the capsule itself was difficult to work. Self check in kiosk didn't work so had to que for reception.

Great location when you arrive late to airport. Very clean. Good shower facilities. Capsule is comfortable with good air con. Ear plugs were supplied which was good for the noise.staff were very pleasant

- it is very noisy when people around you enter or leave their pods, or even when they are talking while they are walking past your little pod (and that was in a more secluded women only zone). You will want to use ear plugs at the very least. - it was very tricky to enter the code to get into the female only zone and took me as much as ten attempts to open the door, for some reason much easier with the same code & system when entering the pod - it didn't feel safe to leave the luggage under the pods, and I couldn't see how to "lock" it to the system the way some other people seemed to have done, so I lugged my bag up the ladder into the cubicle which obviouly took up space in the bed, but thankfully I only had carry-on luggage with me

Can't get a better location than this one if you need to be by the airport. I had a crazy 6:45 am departure time which meant that the train from my local station wasn't even going yet (4:30 am) to get me to the airport in time for check-in. This was a great, affordable solution to my conundrum. I didn't expect the comforts of an actual room, so it was fine. Very clean, also very clean bathroom with shower cubicles and easy to find.

Noisy but headphones do the trick Bathroom could use more cleaning Directions to the hotel would be appreciated before arrival.

Very comfortable bed with clean linens and towel. The pod was spacious with two plugs to charge electronics and a light switch. Ear plugs provided.

The only thing I dislike is the attitude of the short woman host. After waiting 8h at the airport for my flight it got cancelled. I had to figure out what to do and booked the hostel and was there in about 15min. I booked it based only on proximity. Once there I self checked in at one of the booth provided. I didn't quite understand how to access the capsule so decided to ask the host. One of the short lady host replied that a message was sent to me and I informed her that I didn't have Internet connection so could I get the WiFi there she laughed at my face saying how did you checked in then if you don't have Internet you need Internet to check in. I started checking my phone at the same time and did see a WhatsApp msg was sent to me and while walking there the airport free WiFi must have delivered it to my phone. But givien that i was lugging my luggage i couldnt check that. And started reading it and she cockily said I can see the msg from here. I was exhausted, hadn't planned on going there I'm not asking to be kind but just don't be rude. I didn't need the attitude. Later on someone came in with their dog and she started nagging me whether the dog was mine or not and qas informed by her colleague that animal are welcome there. This is an airport hostel so you should bear in mind people are bound to not be as alert because of long travel etc and refraining from being rude would be a start. Other than that the facility was great and on my way back the staff were kind. But that welcome spoiled my stay.

The upper capsule is a bit too difficult to climb if you are not young and fit.

Bcs of dark it may look like clean but i believe it is not so good as it looks like, the capsule is moving a lot when someone is going inside, some people is struggling opening the key lock, if you are not tall enough it would be difficult it might take time to enter the pin and open the door bcs you have just 2sec - then use the app goki but the app quite annoying and asking for weird permission all time, but still rather helpful , the staff not very helpful, doing their other job may ignore you and answer like you are chasing someone for nothing, dimmable light is buzzing, not so sure if oxygen levels is fine around capsules and inside

There are two entrance from outside and inside airport, food for reasonable price, cozy look, comfortable upstairs , helpful app to open the doors, seems might be good investment , them offer option to join , offers sustainable environment in many aspects

The hotel was so easily accessible from the airport. It was very cool staying in these pods ( a first for me.) They were surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a café/ restaurant area which was nice to relax in. There were multiple showers/ toilets In the bathroom which were very clean, and pre/ post flight, a hot clean shower just feels like luxury!

Probably not for everyone. I would not book an upper level pod again, just a bit too complicated with any hand luggage you want to keep with you.

Right at the airport, modern, functional if you can deal with the small space. Price/quality ratio excellent for location.

I was on top box, and the structure was moving everytime time the person below was turning around/moving. Noise Isolation not optimal
