Kitchen lacked a toaster - standard piece of equipment where we come from, but maybe not in Switzerland! The apartment was very hot and there was no way to control that as the heating is apparently centrally controlled for the whole place, which seems very odd - had to leave windows open at all times.

Great location in a quieter part of the village. Good kitchen facilities and a great shower! There was plenty of space and storage and having two sofas was a bonus! Not a great view and felt a bit surrounded by other apartments but we’ve had worse.

All positive! Would have liked to had an outside hot tub to use after a long day of skiing. It was a little difficult getting from the entrance to our apartment as had to use two elevators. The stairs should have been designed where they could have been taken all the way down without having to use the elevator.

The breakfast was good with meats, cheeses and fresh breads. There was yogurt and cereals available. It would have been nice to have bacon and eggs available a day or two.

Slightly odd lift arrangement to get to the apartments but it does work.

We went as three families. Great set up in the apartments, 7 of us split between a bigger apartment and a two bed apartment. Big one was superb and 15 could sit between the huge sofa and chairs around the table. Very close to the Lifts up to Glacier Paradise and ski in to about 150m away. Staff great - always obliging and you never felt that you putting them out. Smiles all around from driver.bar , reception, breakfast staff and cleaners. Rarely have I seen that desire to help and positivity.

Excellent location not far away from the Matterhorn express and a short walk to the main street. The hotel was nice, clean and cozy and a excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful.

This apartment is very nice and spacious! The owner is very nice and drove us to station when we checked out. This is our 3rd time visiting Zermatt. Definitely will come again and stay!

Apartment is quite dark in the main living area. Lighting could be better especially around the cooking area. Equipment in the kitchenette was adequate but a couple more smaller cooking pots would have been useful.

Our only problem was not getting the right sized Nespresso cups for the coffee maker, but the desk had some for sale. Not a big deal (once you are properly caffeinated!)

A perfect-sized apartment, modern, comfortable and attractive with everything we needed. It was wonderful to have our own patio and a nice view of the surrounding mountains (not of the Matterhorn, but it was around the corner). We were very comfortable, the establishment seemed very well-run, professional and peaceful. We were happy to have a studio apartment for a few days of our trip rather than a hotel. Shopping for groceries at nearby Micros was convenient; the hotel is just up from the center of town a few minutes walk.

This was a fabulous stay! Lovely spot in Zermatt that's close to the heart of town yet far enough away that you're not getting crowd noise at night. The morning goats run is along a path outside the patio at 9:00 am and my kids and I enjoyed seeing them each day. This apartment is not only beautiful and spotless but the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Top notch loding ~ would stay here again!

It takes a bit of orientation to find the room but this is not an issue.

The apartment was clean and cosy. We stayed on the 4th floor, which offers a side view of Matterhorn from the balcony. There were sufficient cutlery for 4 pax, and cooking pans in the kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. Water pressure from the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It takes about 10-min walk to the shopping area, and we enjoyed it with the great weather and sights. We enjoyed the 3 night stay!

Warm helpful staff, cosy room, very lovely bedrooms and living room. We stayed in summer and enjoyed the balcony views. The location is excellent to the cable cars that go up to Glacier Paradise. We are a nice stroll into the main town street and enjoy the walks. It is quieter because it is not right along the main area so it is lovely and tucked away.
