en-suite door was a very tight fit to the bed. and had the worse squeak when you used. quick made it difficult to use in the night withoit waking your partner up

The aircon was broken and I have heard other few rooms are also broken down. It was mid July and the weather was really hot. I booked this hotel because it said they have aircon on the description. I was very disappointed. I complained and they gave me a small fan. If I knew this going to happen, I will never book this hotel. The facilities are all very old and they really need to renovate or upgrade. Apparently the owner doesn't plan to do so. The room rate is not worth it at all.

Nothing at all really. All was great. I just haven't received confirmation of my Chf 300 deposit being returned yet though. I'm sure it will come soon as well.

The welcome when I got to the hotel with my mother was so nice, and really set the tone for the entire stay. The cleaning staff and everyone you bumped into were all super friendly and helpful. The room was great and comfortable. Will return soon.

We had 2 rooms and both were old, the rooms were tiny, the air conditioning was not working well, and the refridgerator in both rooms did not work. There is no way you are a 4 star hotel.

Their stuff knows less than nothing about hospitality. The ac was not working at all, and when we complained the stuff did nothing and told us that we can move to another hotel. There was very loud voices around in the street.

Photos of the hotel were highly professional - unfortunately the images were not particularly representational. There was a second staff member on duty at our departure and he provided no assistance - he was more interested in his phone and very oblivious to our departure.

We thought the assistance provided by the reception staff on our arrival was excellent and much appreciated help in parking the quite large SUV we had rented.

No kettle + tea&coffee in the room was a bummer. They did allow us to have coffee downstairs in the morning without paying for breakfast, but I had to ask them for it, it would have been nicer if they offered that by default. Plus I would have preferred not to have to go downstairs and talk to reception before my first cup of coffee.

The hotel is charming and there's always staff around to help. It's great value for money. Yes it's vintage looking, but everything works, and the stay it's priced lower than the new shinier places. Having newer furniture wouldn't have changed our experience for the better, plus it's good for the planet!

Rooms were outdated and super basic. No love. No tea/ coffee making facilities and we were woken by loud housekeeping who also knocked us awake at 9am even though checkout is 12h. Expensive for what it is but then it is Geneva and everything else available was expensive and not much better at the same price. I specifically requested a double bed and got two single beds which couldn’t be put together.

The personnel could have been less sketchy. They told me they blocked my card as security for the room but did not explain why or how they did this. There was also no info beforehand that the city tax is payed when you check out. This hotel may have 4 star back in the day but is in dire need of a renovation/rejuvenation.

I did not eat breakfast. Can therefor not say anything regarding it.
