The location of the hotel was excellent! Close to everything. The staff: Roman, Yvonne were very helpful and personable. They were warm which made our stay really memorable.

A little care worn, but well located property within easy walking distance of the Central Station and National Swiss Museum and walk along the Limmat River. Very tiny shower stalls and comfortable beds make the Bristol work at a somewhat budget price.

Breakfast was very poor and there were no vegetables. For people with milk allergies there was also poor choice - i was on boiled egg and ham for most of the days.

Location is superb. Only 5 min walk to Zurich HBF. Also staff was very polite and helpful.

I overall liked my stay but one thing that I really disliked was breakfast. Very limited and cheap-looking and poor-tasting. All food looks like packaged food from a discount store. Extremely limited food options!!! Only cold breakfast, nothing hot. Even cold options are one or hopefully. There were no vegetables like no tomatoes or cucumbers for example. I had bread with cheese and salami and a cold hard boiled egg for a breakfast and from my experience only very low grade hotels in the Balkans offered me such breakfast. I would not have any issues with such breakfast had it not been for high price tag which absolutely does not correspond to what is offered. Mine was included in the price of the room but I heard many people at the reception were invited to pay extra for that. It is absolutely NOT worth it. Lastly, I recall finding someone's hair on the bathroom wall (on the side of the toilet), a few pieces. although the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was satisfactory. They just need to make sure to clean the walls, too.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The bed was large, very fresh linen, the shower was clean too. There are tissues in the bathrooms which is a nice plus. The location is very central to the train station and trams.

It was easy to get to from the railway station, and also local public transport was easy to reach. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The heating in the room worked well. The room was quiet, although it was facing the street. Overall a nice experience, could stay there again.

But you need to clime up stairs a bit, I dont recommend if you have heavy luggages. Also, bathing area is too small even for asian ladies.

Comfortable hotel within easy reach of the city centre, main station, lake, bars and restaurants but on a less busy street so the room was quiet. Lift and stairs to all floors and good breakfast. Free wifi. Friendly staff.
