The room was in the attic, and the ceiling was so low in one side of the room that was pretty much wasted space. The decoration needs an update, it feels old.

Although not located close to Geneva city center there a bus stop right next to the hotel, but if you are looking for something withing a walking distance, this is not your option. Geneva is an expensive city, so although the price for the quality would be too high in other countries is reasonable compared to other options in Geneva.

Very busy road, but good bus connections, close to Lancy TER station with frequent services.

Traditional swiss hotel which houses a museum of clockmaking with interesting displays. Get a room with East view of la Saleve. Free public transport ticket sent by hotel. Bus 80 in 15 min to Bel Air in heart of Geneva.

Area safe enough but not the most beautiful.

Loved the garden patio area to rear. Bed very comfortable. Good size room. Room very quiet, despite busy road at front. 20 mins on bus into town, from right outside hotel door.

Breakfast was a bit too expensive for what it was. Kind of far from the center, but not *too* far. I found it to be almost within walking distance (~45 min.).

Friendly staff, and the room had access to the garden. It's also a small hotel, so that the room could be quickly reached from the lobby.

I was in the hotel in the middle of a heat wave. There was no AC (I knew it when I reserved the room). The problem was that the ventilator makes a lot of noise.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, and with nice decorations. The bus stops a few meters away from the hotel and takes you to the city center. The breakfast was delicious.

Easy to find, basic accommodation for the price, but no car parking without paying for it so be aware of that.

Since there was an expo going on the price for the room was somehow four times the price and apparently not negotiable. The infrastructure looked a bit old.

Breakfast had an ok selection. The room was small, but clean and quiet. The inside of the hotel looks like a watch museum. The friendliness of the staff. The quietness of the room was good.

My room was in the ground floor and I had an access to the back yard so I also could enjoy the fresh air. There fridge and water boiler were useful in saving some money because you aren't depended on restaurants. If there was something the cleaner had forgot or something like that, the receptionist fixed the problem quickly.

Very friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, wonderful location, green fields within a few minutes walking distance, the bus to downtown Geneva stops right in front of the hotel, grocery store also in walking distance. The perfect place to get away from the busy city and be back quickly if need be. I booked my next stay already.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and everything was really clean. Huge bed and nice commodities. By staying here we had the free transport card which was so helpful. The location is about 20 min from the city center but is really easy to get there. We highly recommend it!

I would recommend a room at the back of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. At the front there is road noise which can wake early.

The staff could be more present. As I had came down a couple times to ask for something and no one was at reception. Also in my personal opinion, if people leave their bed covered in belongings while out. Then the room service maids should not move the stuff and take it as they don't want the bed sheets changed. This is just my opinion and I am still appreciative of them changing the sheets, I just didn't like that they touched my stuff.

The rooms were clean, has a tv, has a fridge, safe and hot drinks (tea & coffee). The bed is bigger than a double and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is worth the money but it is a Swiss breakfast. Cheese, fruit, deli meats, Cereal, fruit juice. So don't expect a hot greasy breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and check in was easy. Also a 20 minute bus runs into the centre of Geneva. I also really liked the calm aesthetic of the hotel.
