We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaThe room was very dirty - dust and cobwebs everywhere. There were even bugs and we had to buy bug spray to spray the room. It was very noisy - passing cars and trains could be heard as if the window was open. The pillows were very uncomfortable and quite dirty.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, the customer service center is easily accessible and respond quickly. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy.

United KingdomNo hairdryer, no key to safe, although staying 6 nights, only 4 coffee and 2 milk left in room. After chat with on line reception, I was told they could not give me more. Why!!! Managed to catch chamber maid who topped me up. Not thanks to 'reception'! Safe issue was never resolved despite being assured they informed housekweping. No cleaning inbetween I can just about understand, although with such a long stay, one half way clean would not have killed the organisation as they saved a daily change as I presume most guests only stay 1 night. . No TV quite surprising. Was told i could stream with HDMI cable to my device. I didn't have a suitable device, ergo no TV for the week. Just as well the room was clean to begin with or it would have been a very disappointing stay. Window catch was not secure as a little push of rhw window just dislodged it
Excellent location to public transport and room with a little (unkempt) terrace was a pleasant bonus.

South AfricaCheck-in was very late, 4pm, and because there is no staff, there is no luggage storage. There was a very loud, high-pitched hum in the room all the time. Because the train station was so close you have to sleep with the window closed. A fan would have helped.

SwitzerlandWhen entering the room, we realised it had not been cleaned at all. The hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t get a new room right away. However, the customer support (remote, as there is not staff on-site) provided a solution in the end which involved waiting 1h, as the cleaning staff had to come onsite from far away. We should receive a small compensation for the trouble.

United KingdomCompletely changed the format, so no reception and booking in all online and keys now access via locks on doors. Forgot how dated the rooms are. Have found the hotel such a good find in the past with a great bar, breakfast area and restaurant but with all that gone or closed during the week, we will find somewhere else to stay.
Great location for visiting the town of Wollerau close by, parking available on the street and car park opposite. 3rd time visiting this hotel.

United KingdomLakeside view meant being woken several times each night by paying freight trains. Arrived too early to check in, and despite speaking to online support staff, I was unable to leave my bags anywhere for the day. No room cleaning at all during 5 day stay, so no opportunity for fresh towels, shampoo top-up or anything else. Small fridge in room was very noisy so had to turn off overnight. Very hard to not get water all over the bathroom floor from the shower as the curtain was outside of the shower tray. Small room on top floor, with small single bed.
