The breakfast was simple and didn’t suit my needs as it was largely carbs and dairy based. To others it may be ok. But for the price you pay you would at least expect some eggs to be done the way you like without being asked to pay extra for them.

Very happy with my stay at EMA suites. The rooms are so spacious and modern and the beds are so comfortable. Staff is so helpful and friendly. There’s also a washing machine in the room with a free pod which was great.

The sofa and the sofa bed itself were very hard and not very comfortable. Fine for a 1-2 night stay but not great for anyone who might have a bad hip/back.

Loved the modern, stylish rooms. Everything was super clean and beautiful. Location was also good and only a 10 minute walk away from the main station. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Would prefer the kitchen to be made available without having to pay an extra 25 CHF to have all the kitchen facilities made available to us. The kitchen (once we had that made available) was perfect for us to prepare meals and enjoy the accommodation as a family after our day out.

Location was great and right in front of the bus stop that will take you to the main trains station in a few mins. Great decor, spacious and comfy beds. Our son was happy with his sofa bed in the living room. View from room was amazing.

I’m not sure if they have rooms on both sides of the buildings or not, but the side we stayed on was on a main street and normally you couldn’t hear any traffic, but if there is a ambulance or police car with a siren going, you definitely hear that. I asked the woman at the front desk to put us in a quiet room away from the elevator, and we got a room that was closest to the elevator and was obviously not super quiet due to being on a low level of the hotel, right in front of the main street. If you are a light sleeper, you’ll definitely want to make a point of staying high up as well as being on the quiet side of the hotel away from the main street.

The design of the rooms was amazing, very big rooms and plenty of space. Was nice to have breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Bed was comfortable, really nice lighting in the place, and great layout overall.

Could use another shower in the second bathroom in the 2 bedroom executive suite. But over all it was a nice stay.

Parking garage and garage fees but that’s just how it is in Europe.

Very nice ambiance. Modern but with a lot of character. Very quiet inside. You don’t hear any other hotel guests. The room is extremely nice and perfect if you need two bedrooms. To top it off - the breakfast delivered to the room as early as 6:45 am was very convenient before having to head to the airport.

The walk back up to the hotel from the town was a bit of a struggle at times!

The place was very quiet, the rooms were large and facilities were great. It was very clean and the staff were great and friendly!

The apaprment has a small kitchen, but it can only be used if extra payment is made. This was not clear when the innitial reservation was made. This should be made clear on the Booking.com site.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is served in the room. Albeit it is expensive it is worth ordering the breakfast. The staff was efficient and helpful.

It was a little far from the main area but not too far

The apartment was large and beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay there again. We had a private parking garage for our car.

Although we booked a 1-bedroom suite which comes with the kitchenette, the cabinet of the kitchen was all locked up when we checked into our room. To have it unlocked and use the kitchen facilities, there is a charge of CHF 25 per night, which this is quite uncommon, especially when the suite is in-bulit with these facilities. There's wasnt a choice, nor was it stated on the booking website about the add-on for usage of kitchen facility. Standing shower - Having a plastic curtain shower brings down the overall experience. Perhaps you can consider building a glass door for the standing shower. At least it will not wet the bathroom floor. Additional charge for kids - There is an additional charge for my 2 kids who are travelling with us which is at CHF 45 per kid which we are agreeable to pay. The room wasnt available for us to check in at 1pm hence we went out for our activity. Upon returning to the hotel at about 830pm, there wasn't any extra bed or sofa bed setup for my kids. Marie, whom I spoke to, has gladly took off the extra charge for the 1st night and extended a bottle of champagne to us. We appreciate her for the nice gesture.

During my 3d2n stay at EMA House and Suite - it feels like home away from home. We love the design of this place. Spacious living area, washing & dryer facility, and breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Location is quiet. Slightly away from the Zurch town which need to pop a bus down to the city. As our stay falls on NYE and New Year, hence shops around the city were all closed.
