The hotel allow smokers to smoke right at the entry door of the hotel, and you could smell smoke in the hotel lobby.

The hotel room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in servicing our room. Our luggage was delayed for 2 days, but because of Tamires’ exceptional kindness and professionalism in handling our room service requests our stay was enjoyable. Also the hotel food at the bar was excellent, including the service we received from Michael - the food served at the hotel bar was better than any of the restaurants in the area.

The mini bar stocked just complimentary water

It was quiet and within walking distance of all the main museums and shops. The rooms were comfortable and very well maintained. The staff were excellent and attentive to our needs ensuring that nothing was a chore. The breakfast was very good and the layout of the breakfast area was airy and light. The barman was very professional despite my poor French and was again attentive.

We booked double rooms, but the beds were not separated, so we effectively had king beds—we were very unpleasantly surprised about that.

My room was next to the lift which I could hear in the morning but it didn't disturb me during the night.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient, the check in and the car parking was super quick. I had the club sandwich for dinner which was really delicious, the breakfast was also very good. My room and the bathroom was spacious, spotless and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We were given a double room initially, even though I’d requested a twin. Ask the hotel staff for a free visitor transport pass, if they forget to offer it, because this gives you free travel around the city.

One of the receptionist was rude somehow. I would suggest a staff training to ensure that hospitality is at it’s highest levels or why would I come ?

The AC could be better, and the lights are too dim. The bathroom is very small and the shower has the rocky floor that some people like but I found them uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly and nice. The room is nicely decorated and fairly new, there is an ironing room in the floor which is always a bonus. There are international electricity plugs on one side.

The hotel has a sizeable number of Arab residents, unfortunately, the hotel is not equipped with handheld bidet to cater the needs of this category of residents. The toilets needs renovation and management should ditch using the black colour.

The hotel sets at a prime location in Geneva, walking distance from the fountain.
