The apartment is very clean and easy to get to the center in just 10 minutes- if you plan on staying out late, it might be worth renting a scooter or a bike. The view is spectacular. You can see the sunset from the balcony, which is beautiful 😍

There wasn't always hot water for a shower. An abandoned hotel marred my view of the sea but it didn't stop my enjoyment of it.

I never met the owner but he kept in touch with WhatsApp. His father met me at the port and returned me there. He was a very kind gentleman but did not have much English. We still managed to communicate. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. A short walk took me into Skala.

Well decorated and very well equipped studio with a lovely patio. Comfortable beds, super friendly and attentive hosts with whom we had useful and prompt communication. Self-catering with "support": we have found all we needed for a nice breakfast, and not only a welcome drink but also a cake on our second day, oh such a sweet touch! Last but not least, we have been offered free pick ups since you better be shown your way, not required but very much appreciated.

The place was absolutely fantastic… it has extremely comfortable bed and the aprt where I was also had 180 view.. so in the morning you see the sunrise and evening you can see the sunset. The owner is super helpful with everything you need.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and tastefully renovated. Every window has a mosquito net and you can hear the sea at night. The bathroom is nice, too. The owner was wonderfully kind, he picked me up at the ferry port, he explained everything, gave good tips for the island, arranged a rental car and helped me with parking (the parking space belongs to the apartment). The location is good, it's 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Skala. The level of care of the owner is demonstrated by the fact that the stairs, walkways and back alleys that eventually lead to the road towards the centre are all floodlit, so that you will not have a chance to stumble at night.

We were affected by the strike which pushed our ferry out an extra day. The owners were extremely flexible and shifted our reservation. They even provided a room to rest when we arrived presunrise as a result of the shift. They transported us to and from the port. AMAZING TIME. Extremely friendly. Clean rooms. Gorgeous views. Highly recommend this place. Very walkable location to town.

Absolutely beautiful room with 2 large windows and a sea-view balcony (with drying lines chairs and a large table). Lovely bathroom and shower, great storage, huge bed. Really friendly owner who picked us up from the port. 2 minute walk from the centre of Skala - 10/10!

Everything was lovely.

The owner was so friendly. He left provisions in the fridge and even bought my son a t-shirt. Sometimes accommodation will say "coffee machine" and mean a cafetiere, in this case there is actually a Nespresso in the room. Quality fitments and fittings, very comfortable, great location. 10 out of 10 for our stay at the Mistral Apartments- beautiful balcony with sea view , quiet but close enough to walk into Skala. Comfy bed ,air conditioning excellent shower & apartment cleaned daily plus little extras touches like a good generous selection of breakfast provisions, wine, coffee and milk ! Plus a pod coffee machine ( with plenty of coffee pods provided) & even supplied washing up liquid and liquid hand soap . Picked up from the port & texted to confirm booking ,pick up & general area info for best beaches / restaurants etc . Well done Mistrals - couldn’t fault a thing! Will definitely use again !!

Nothing really.

Owner George's father Manoli met me at the port to take me to the studio. With good size balcony i was able to enjoy long evening hours. Lots of goodies waiting to welcome me, including wine and fruits and they were replenished during my 4 day stay. Amazing.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Our room was very nice with a big balcony with sea view and a huge shower! There were also free drinks that were stored in our fridge, a coffee machine and an electric water boiler! so nice! They even picked us up at the port for free. The host was very friendly and responsive and got us everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was also very good and fast. We really recommend Mistral apartments and would love to come back!

Our staying in Mistral-Patmos was such an amazing experience !!! Both me and my partner loved the island and our room was lovely ! We went to one of the three beaches reffered and we had a great time. Over all a memorable 2-days getaway ❤️❤️❤️ TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a short getaway that exceeded our expectations. We arrived at dawn by ferry and despite the time we were greeted at the port with a smile to take us to our room. Cleanliness and amenities if it had been above a 10 we would have rated it. The location excellent, it is all exactly as you see it. Next to beaches and the center. Thank you very much Mr George for your wonderful hospitality. Next time it won't be a short getaway

Slight noise from other apartments & a little scooter noise . Lack of communication with owner leading to us nearly missing our ferry as we had to walk with our luggage.

Excellent apartment, very clean, towels & sheets changed every day. Bowl of fresh fruit & a stock of basic grocery’s, proximity to town.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with the most stunning view from the balcony overlooking the sea. It was so quiet, could just hear the waves lapping against the shore. George had thought of everything to make the trip very special, and his lovely father even met us from the boat and brought us to the door - and kindly dropped our bags back to the boat when we wanted to explore the cave again on the last morning. They had tea/coffee/juice and even a bottle of wine to welcome us! It is in the most perfect spot - about 5-7 mins walk into the town, 20-25 minute walk up to the cave - though you can easily catch a bus from the town to the cave or the monastery. I really cannot recommend this beautiful apartment more highly, we can’t wait to come back again.

What a fantastic place! We were welcomed by Giorgos at the port and he gave us very useful recommendations about the island (including beaches and restaurants). The room was exceptional! Our room had a balcony with the sea view. The room was spacious, very clean (with daily cleaning), and with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette was well equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and polite, and they also treated us with some cakes and sweets for our breakfast. The room is also well-located, just 5 minutes away from the centre of Skala. Overall, great value for money. When back in Patmos, we will certainly stay here :)
