The room was not ready at 3:00pm which was a little surprising when we needed to relax after a train journey from France. The ventilation system in the room brings in smoke smell although we were in the non smoking floor. The floor of connecting area between shower cubic and washing area is badly constructed, which means it's very slippery when you get out the wet shower and there is nothing you can hold to steady yourself. Suggestion: a handle in that area should be fixed to make it safe.

Well designed entrance and lobby area, nice and clean with arty atmosphere. Reasonable sized room: Clean and comfy bed. Good toilet and washing area with all necessary facilities and products. Nice coffee machine with function of tea making hot water option. A nice shower base with the peddle composite.

The food was average I thought and breakfast although there were choices the location of the buffet was hidden and crowdy. Also we were at 9am on a Sunday when it’s busy and the food and drinks was not being topped up for too long

The lighting in the room. One could not only have a light on next to the bed for reading. Very bright lights.

This Hotel offers great benefits one of them being the good location as it is around 2 blocks from the Lake. The rooms are very nice and look great. The bed is comfortable and the views to the lake are also a nice bonus. All necessary amenities were there such as a hair dryer, amenity kit, etc. The breakfast had a limited selection but it was more than enough for a quick breakfast. The staff is very friendly and was very helpful and quick when I wanted to change my room since it was right next to the elevator.

The breakfast does not offer much for a 4* hotel. Unfortunately that was the only thing I was not satisfied with. Coffee was just American from a kettle already done,not serving even from a machine.
