location was great, close to the train station, gentleman who checked me in was very helpful, as I did not finish my online check in, he did it for me. Room was just right for me, small but well laid out, and comfortable bed, pillow, and doona.

- the electronic key on the phone is working haphazardly: sometimes it worked immediately, and sometimes it took 5-6 attempts. Next time I will ask the "standard" key. - the evening and early personnel forgot to wear a smile (while the day personnel was absolutely lovely)

The hotel is situated in a practical location, just a few meters away from the train station of Zurich HB. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, and clean. The possibility to check in and check out online makes the process seamless.

The bed was just OK. The bathroom and shower room doors were made of plywood which gave the room an overall cheap appearance. The elevator was very small.

Location was great for easy train access. The hotel was less than 100 meters to the train station. The breakfast was better than expected. The rooms were quieter than expected given the location.

The room was at the top of the building and felt small and a bit claustrophobic. It was also hot. There was an air con machine .

I stayed in the other building, cross the street, and i wasn’t able to connect the secure wi-fi . The only time i was able to connect is when i am at the reception desk area. Which i also asked the reception. They told me that they have checked and it is working in the building as well, however not convinced with the response

Bed was not comfortable. Good that I booked only one night here. My back hurt after night in this hotel.

Location was perfect. Next to Hauptbahnhof and bus station (you can buy tours from there), city centre in walk distance. You can check in online and even don’t go to reception desk, but digital keys sometimes didn’t work properly so I asked key. Normal key worked much better. Reception desk located in main building (Fred Hotel), 2 minutes from Fred Guest House. There are coffee machine, so you can drink tea and coffee 24 hours. Also the provided snacks. Breakfast starts 6.30 it’s comfortable time. And breakfast was quite good.

The toilet needs to be renovated but you can use it with no difficulties

I slept just for one night and I had no breakfast so I can can just rate the room. The location is great, close to the station and the city centre. The camera was clean and comfortable. The place is amazing and the online check in is really awesome!
