Location- a 6-7 minutes by bus (comes in every 30 min) from Interlaken Ost station and then 1 min downhill walk to the property The Swiss chalet style accommodation maintaining Swiss traditions in decor and breakfast menu The staffs are helpful...Easther changed my room from roadside to the riverside one on request View from the room- the river and mountain view is amazing The terrace is beautifully decorared- it is very peaceful and perfect for dining spending time or reading If you want a quiet holiday a bit far from the crowd, this is your place

The location is served by a half hourly bus service from Interlaken Ost but that was not a problem for me. The ride one-way is only about 7 minutes. Being an old building, notice occasionally some creaking noises when guests access the main door leading to the area I was in.

Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee, prepared individually for each guest! Good variety of items that come in small containers. Can have a pleasant breakfast out in the verandah with a great view of Interlaken Ost and the mountains. The water pressure from the shower was impressive - like having a body massage!

Very well situated near Interlaken and Ost station. Fully enjoyed our stay with a beautiful and peaceful view of mountains and lake. Room was cleaned everyday and felt like in a chalet. Nice breakfast. Laundry facilities available. Safe area. Will definitely come back again!

There is no elevator ..had to lift suitcases to the 2nd floor on a narrow staircase.

Excellent Views from the Hotel. Very serene and peaceful location. Bus Stop is very next. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Common Toilets are kept very clean

If got Eldery..mind the walking stair as no lift here.

There was one minor issue that we wanted to bring to your attention. We found that the bed and pillows in our room were very soft, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable for us.

The family room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The location was perfect, being only a short 4-minute drive to Interlaken town centre. The option for self check-in if arriving after 17.30 was very convenient. The staff at the property were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The continental breakfast provided a great selection. Having a fully equipped small kitchen in the family room was a bonus, as it allowed us to cook our own dinner during our stay. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and we were pleased with the daily housekeeping service. The availability of toiletries and adaptors upon request was also a nice added touch. Overall, we had a great experience at your property and would highly recommend it to others. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable stay for us.

The bus runs once in every 30 minutes from the train station, the access wastes about an hour on daily basis due to that.

Nothing much.. The rooms were fine but the washroom was very small and there is no AC in the rooms and they have only kept padestial fans in all room incase you need them. But these minor things dont matter to us and are manageable considering the reasonable room rates that thet have offered being in Switzerland.

The view from the panoramic terrace was amazing. Although during our stay it was cold and raining but you have the option to have free breakfast on the terrace. The terrace and breakfast area is open 24/7 so can even bring your own food from outside and have it sitting on the terrace. The breakfast was limited but it had all neccessary items that can get you going until lunch. The reception and all other staff was super nice. Reception is not available 24/7 so kindly email them if you are arriving late night like us. They will keep the room keys in the post box outside.

Love the view outside, you will see the beauty of interlaken. Very clean 🥰 they packed our breakfast because we have to leave early. Loved & Satisfied our stay here🥰
