Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandI asked for a room without carpet due to allergies. Unfortunately, they gave us a room with carpet. The staff at Verve breakfast were friendly but confused and mixed up some orders and we had to wait a bit even though there were more employees that guests.
Loved the a la Carte breakfast option and the included Tamina spa. Bellmen were really friendly. The male server in the verve bar/ lobby was great and friendly. Loved the Verve food too. Housekeeping did well and brought additional things super fast to the room

All aspects were beautiful. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and spectacular in places. Plenty of space, all the facilities you could ever want.

SwitzerlandAir conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, it was hard to sleep at night too warm with the duvet provided. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the pics.
The spas were really nice. Breakfast was amazing with options for both alacarte and buffet. The food at Namun and Olive was very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a casino too, we never had to leave the resort for 2 days. It was my husband's birthday and they surprised us with a nice bottle of champagne

SwitzerlandService at breakfast was too slow. 20 minutes wait for a cup of coffee. Not enough good restaurants. Memories were completely booked, INGNIV was closed, it would be good to update menu at Zollstube and Namura, Vern by Sven doesn't have a good choice.
Room is excellent. It would be good to have some cookies in a minibar. SPA is super thought it was extremely busy on Saturday afternoon

it's my third time at the resort, so I knew what to expect...It's a very nice place overall...especially if you value the thermal waters and various other health facilities... the location in the middle of the park and mountains, and proximity to a nice town is an obvious plus...

Good hotel with the best water quality in the spa and swimming pool. Staff in the spa areas work very hard to serve guests. It was my 3rd trip to the hotel, I did not like the interior design after the renovation though, it was much more comfortable and classy before. Service was a bit overstretched as there were many guests, I did not feel the warmth and natural atmospere that I expericed years ago. The clients have changed, more people from Eastern Europe perhaps while before it was more for Swiss. But I must say that it is still a nice place to go because the water quality in the spa and pool is the best in Switzerland, in my opinion.

Switzerlandthe new employees at the restaurant Olives are very disorganized, not sure they know what they are doing and can’t even explain items from the menu. the worst for me was when someone at 7:30am in the morning on Sunday decided to clean leaves outside of the entrance from the ground with the loud machine. Obviously i woke up on Sunday this early and couldn’t sleep anymore. How can anyone think it’s a good idea to do it? we have during the week days constant noise from cars etc and at least you would expect that on that resort on Sunday one can have a good sleep but apparently it’s not possible either. Also, still not clear why but our door keys didn’t work or actually the door lock didn’t work and we had to go downstairs 3 times to ask for help before we could get in (all in wet robes after the spa time). All the old existing personnel is still super nice and they are all super knowledgeable (we come here often and i know who is here for many years/ they are all very good).
