Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only minus is the if the apartment next door is being used you have to share the balcony with them. Some sort of divider/screen would be a good idea in our opinion. Owner told us the other apartment was rarely used and had not been a problem in 20 years of letting. There was a couple there during our first weekend but left on the Sunday night so had it to ourselves after that which was much better as if someone else out on the balcony it did affect your privacy as only a small balcony. Despite this we would stay again as everything else was as we expected.
Location, good value for Zermatt, clear instructions, responsive and helpful owner who doesn’t live in Zermatt but is easily contactable. Well equipped with everything needed for a week’s skiing.

- Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. The bus stop is also nearby - All necessary amenities to cook were available - Possibility to leave your luggage in a safe place before the check-in, and even on the check-out day - Georges, the owner of the studio, is always available to answer any question I'll definitely be back for my next time in Zermatt!

The apartment is very cosy and clean. It has a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. It is perfect for a single person ski accommodation. It is very close to the train station.

We had the most incredible stay in Zermatt at Haus Arbgrat, the apartment is in the perfect location for exploring and the room has everything you could possibly need to have a great stay. We were travelling on a budget so cooked a lot and the room was perfect for that; it has a very homely feel and the sound of the matter vispa in the evenings was beautiful. It is a well looked after traditional style apartment in a great location at a great price, we couldn’t have wanted anything more. Hopefully we will return soon for another visit.

Good location, close to the train station as well as to Görnergrat train. Sunnega (Findelbahn), supermarket and restaurants are also close by, Apartment is well equipped, ski room in the basement is easily accessible, elevator available.

United StatesThere was an incense smell a bit strong when we arrived, not sure if from previous guest, the odor remained throughout the week, so if it's something within the property owner's control, maybe consider using something milder, otherwise everything was great!
Centrally located, very comfortable and beautiful apartment, kitchen with everything and anything in it that you would need to prepare any dish, price/quality is great, very close to a nice supermarket, close to the lifts, very quiet, owner answers any questions promptly; I've stayed here twice for a week at a time, and would do so again gladly next time we are in Zermatt!
