What makes this property stand out is it's exceptional host, who clearly loves his guests and makes sure they have most amazing holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Jochen and felt taken care of for the duration of our stay: from welcome and parting gifts, abundance of information and advice, anticipating our needs and willingness to help with any requests to free transfers to the bus station is his electric taxi whenever he can. Communication with Helvetia was excellent, we felt very welcome here! The apartment has two bedrooms, everything is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with basic cutlery, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The location is well centered, 5-7 minutes walking distance from two ski-lift stations, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here if you want to spend time snowboarding or skiing.

100% Recommended! We spent one Winter Week and we were delighted with the experience. - The apartment is well equipped and you will not miss anything (a full fondue kit, a colander, washing machine powder, oven paper, enough toilette paper for a week, etc.). You only need to buy your own shower soaps & shampoos. - The location is very convenient as you can perfectly walk to the ski slopes, Coop/Migros, après-ski options, coffee shops, etc. - The apartment is warm and quiet. The beds are comfortable and you always have heating and hot water. Internet works very well and the smart TV is a huge plus. - There’s an additional (shared) room with plenty of space to leave your skis/tables and boots. - You get picked up and brought to the entrance of the village (see video of the parking) by the owner, on an electric taxi. - The owner of the apartment is the most caring and devoted person we’ve met. He will make sure your stay is as excellent as possible. We hope to repeat next year.

Very central location, super convenient. Ski lifts 5 mins walking, good Asian restaurant next door, lovely coffee shops couple of minutes away. The apartment is cozy and spotless; big flat TV, game console, books for reading, number of leaflets with the info on the Saaf Fee activities. Very well equipped kitchen. Big size sunny terrace, clean and nice shower room. But above everything - the host, attentive, helpful, thoughtful. Dear Jochen, I felt at home at your place, thank you for the hospitality.

An amazing host. We felt very welcome and appreciated all the extra touches. Helvitia is an easy walk from the Saas-fee bus station. And, in the other direction, to lifts. Fabulous position, especially for the winter season.

For our family with two small children the apartment was absolutely great! It’s spacious (two big bedrooms, separate living room & kitchen), well equipped (kitchen / smart TV / baby bed & chair / clean) and in a great location. The ski school and lifts are a 5 to 10 minute walk and the supermarkets & restaurants are right around the corner (though now noise pollution whatsoever). Prior to our arrival as well as during our stay, the host Jochen was extremely helpful & flexible to ensure we had a great trip.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. This studio apartment is situated in the centre of the village, has a nice patio, was very clean and very well appointed. We found that every corner and little space was well used, the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bed was tucked in a corner of the studio, away from the kitchen and lounge which was well appreciated. There was also a lot of information about the village and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a small place for a great holiday!

Everything was great. The host really cared about all the details. The apartment was very clean and has all a family needs. Spacious enough to really enjoy the stay. The location is awesome, quite, but less than one block from main street and only a few from the lifts. Anything we needed, the host was there to help. Well prepared for skiers.

The building is superbly located both for central Saas Fee and for the lifts, however tucked away in a quiet and peaceful location. Very well equipped, spacious and light apartment even though we were on the ground floor. We liked the ground floor as we had more outside space than those apartments with balconies. Jochen is a very nice, friendly, approachable and helpful host. We had problems with our journey arriving very late but he was both helpful and accommodating. We love Saas Fee and have been a number of times, but never back to the same accommodation, we have now found accommodation we love in a village we love.

I had such a pleasant stay at Helvetia Apartments and really enjoyed my time in my apartment and in Saas Fee. I travel all around the world for work and Jochen is the best host I have ever had! I felt safe in my apartment, loved that my apartment is very clean and thought it was a nice cozy place to stay! When you feel welcomed somewhere and know that you can pick up the phone and someone will help you it is nice. My apartment had many helpful suggestions on things to do in town and it was helpful! I plan on staying here in the future and like the location. It is so nice to be in Saas Fee and be very close in town and 5 minutes walking to get to the gondola in Fall. I really recommend staying here and know that I will be back sometime!

Wifi wasn’t super strong but didn’t keep us from doing what we needed.

The apartment was updated and very nice. Lots of light and the balcony had beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment was perfect for my family of three. Beds were very comfortable. The host was most accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back.
