Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IndiaOur particular room needed a little more water-proofing in the shower. The water somehow makes it out the shower door and floods the toilet area.
The room was absolutely stunning and different from standard corporate hotel rooms. One side faces the main street and the back door opens towards the church. The best part is that you get 6 bucks off your meal (per person) at the US-MEX restaurant in addition to a free plate of chips and dips (per person).

Great location. Friendly & helpful staff. Very nice room. Quiet & comfortable with a lift (if needed). Blackout blinds. Very good shower.

United StatesMy flight arrived early in the morning, so I had to lug my luggage around before the restaurant opened at 11:30 and I could drop my bags off. This was just a slight inconvenience.
The location is fabulous! Right in the middle of everything. I was worried it would be noisy, but it was very quiet. Room was clean and quite roomy with lovely décor.

NetherlandsThe hotel does not offer breakfast but it suggests going to the Reber bakery where they have good breakfast options and enough seating.
Hotel 2B is not a traditional hotel in the sense that it is a number of rooms in a building behind a restaurant. The restaurant is the reception where to get the key. The restaurant entrance is in the Vordergasse but the rooms look either onto the Münsterplatz or the courtyard between hotel and restaurant. My room was very big with a sort industrial interior design. Coffee machine with some capsules is present but there was no fridge. Big TV, good bathroom, large windows. All in all very comfortable. Reception was very friendly and there were some coupons for a free drink in the restaurant. There is a covered paid parking very close to the restaurant.

There is more in it as you might think. The staffs were super friendly and helped me with my very late arrival. The room was fantastic for me as a traveler who seeks something special. The room fit out is modern despite the look of the classic furniture. Everything has taste and style compared with a typical Swiss understatement. The room was enormous spacious, the bed big and for my taste too firm, the bathroom was not big, but modern, tasteful and clean.
