Nothing to report on the negative.

The check-in was first-rate, as was the check out and every greeting in-between. The team were very friendly and gave us our free travel tickets without having to ask for them. (If you don't know, you get free local travel on buses, trams, and trains for the duration of your Swiss visi when stayingin a hotel) The room was very spacious, and the outlook was nice and leafy. The hotel was quiet and felt very clean and well presented. It was a great find, and the location afforded us some great travel opportunities. (Side note, oh my goodness, the non local trains expensive!!!) The desk team gave us some great directions and told us about places to visit. Parking was super cheap and the cheapest I found in all the hotels I looked at. 13chf a day. The bathroom had a bath. It was a big space, and the bath was spacious also. It was an almost perfect little space to stay.

Spacious and clean apartment (with a little kitchenette) with all amenities one needs. Perfect for a family with 2 small children. Hotel is on a busy street, but that is expected if you want to be so close to Basel and the neighboring towns. We did not have breakfast so can't rate that. Staff was very friendly.

stains on the walls & on the sleeping sofa molton. set up for coffee/tea maker was a bit unpractical but nothing major.

spacious studio, comfy bed, nice bath, close to public transport (in basel centrum quickly and easy to reach the airport) and supermarkets, very nice staff!!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and gave excellent direction. The food was excellent, not too expensive, and had a variety of options from fruit and yoghurt to prepared meals of eggs and sausages.

The breakfast is served in a restaurant next door but it was very unclear what you can order and what you can't. There were products included in price and they stood together with products that are not included and it was very confusing.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood very close to tram stop where you can easily travel to Basel and you can take free tickets on reception. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is an underground parking, but you have to pay extra for it.

Some inconsistency with breakfast included or not, parking included or not, depending on how room was booked. It would be nice to make this better known for awareness of travelers.

All was at its best.

This hotel is a very good choice if you look for a good middle class hotel with quiet rooms, a good service and a handy location. A garage is at disposal, the direct tram line to the city of Basel is very near by. The rooms have a good size and are funtional. I recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, but there was some annoying dust that caused me allergy on the first night. There's no AC in the room, but I stayed during the Autumn and had no problem with the sunny room.

The Hotel has a interesting concept. They use Coop's supermarket restaurant and the place is very good. The hotel is very well located and it's convenient that the supermarket is on the same building. The room that I used was very good using a wheelchair inside and has a nice terrace. The parking spaces are very good also.
