Clean, great location , helpful staff

The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants, shopping and sights nearby. We walked .07 from the train station and found the hotel easily. The staff was welcoming and our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. We were on the 5th floor that was accessed by a small elevator. The breakfast buffet was located in the hotel’s unique restaurant and included great selection, cappuccino machine and staff on duty to assist. White tablecloths, fresh baked bread and with homemade elderflower jelly was a nice touch. Definitely great value and would stay there again.

The bathroom is a bit small but the room makes up for it, 2 twin beds and 1 single bed. Really spacious for a hotel with a great location.

The location was amazing, very close to the Luzern station. Since early check-in wasn't possible, they stowed away our luggage and had it sent to the room once the room was ready while we had a sightseeing day. The front desk ladies were super helpful.

No air conditioning! We were there during a heat spike and there was no way to feel comfortable in the room until late evening.

Great location -- away from traffic and noise. Also, the local buses ran right outside the front door.

I like the balcony. The room is not too small. We have enough space to put our luggage. The staff was good. They offered us chocolate as souvenir when we checked out.

no air conditioning, but having the window open to cool down the room, wasn't an option, as very noisy outside on a Friday night. Thursday was ok and quiet. Nice rooms

The weather !

It is a good location a short walk from the Lake Lucerne. They have a restaurant on the main floor for dinner. The food was good but expensive but that is Switzerland ! Unfortunately the weather was rainy but we did manage to get in a lake tour.

Room a bit noisy due to fronting the road, wouldn't want to stay there in summer when you'd need the window or door open as there is no aircon..

Nothing major. elevator broke down when we were checking out and we had to walk down six flights.

Spacious family room flat with kitchen and large living area. The balcony provided a view of the Alps and Mount Pilatus. Close to lake and river.

It would have been good to have a kettle and a small fridge in the room, but being able to ask the restaurant to assist was a satisfactory workaround.

The room was very comfortable and a good size. Beds were comfortable. We were able to get hot water for a cup of tea in the restaurant. There were 2 bus lines super close to the hotel which went to the main train station. There are cafes in east walking distance, and it is not far from the famous bridges. There is an elevator which was great as we were on the third floor. Reception staff were helpful and informative. And they cheerfully provided extra assistance with luggage and access to the safe when needed

There was no air conditioning in the hotel and there was a heat wave; thus it was quite uncomfortable. They did provide a fan which was helpful.

Room was clean. The size was satisfactory. Breakfast was good. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Ice water was available in the lobby. The water from the spigot in the room was great - very cold! The location was perfect.
