Breakfast would have been great. But the problems were slippery bathtub, no ADA shower, ants on counter top by coffee maker, toaster. And we were expected to take out our own trash when we were being charged over $300 cleaning fee. For that amount, I expected better. And one light bulb was not functioning over the dining area. Also the parking space was far from the unit. Had to walk far in the rain.

No breakfast was included.

nothing not to like. but would have loved some improvements on the AC front. It would get hot and humid at night. A couple of the table fans didn’t work. The ancient PC in there needs to be retired. there was no cable TV. but none of the above mentioned were absolute deterrents. I still had a good stay.

The location was amazing. We had a beautiful ocean view and had the luck to see so many sea turtles.

There were not many restaurants to eat at. There were not any groceries stores close to buy food. Pretty far from social activities and to nicer beaches. Room sliding glass door was broken as well as screen in 208 so we couldnt have door open for fresh Ocean breezes.

The view and property were nice. Pool was good. Easy to property from airport.

broken floor tiles in kitchen & cabinet face board fell on my wife’s foot? Mid week the manager unexpectedly knocked on the door around 10:00 am to inform us that the pest control company was here to spray our unit? Pest control is something to be done while vacant! So that you do not disturb occupants, that are there for 7 days only!

Great location, clean & organized. plus the swimming pool was very nice.

The unit was very dated. The listing said that the unit had A/C. However, it was a window unit, and the air never reached the master bedroom which made it very hot to sleep in. The property was not very child friendly. The pool is extremely small, and the beach is very rocky. Also, the property management team onsite was not very friendly.

The location and view were wonderful. Liked that this unit was ground floor and had a beach view.

Broken mirror on lanai, grout on floor and carpets dirty, screen door unusable, no baseboards, mop stains on walls, ac only works marginally, kitchen sink corrosion, 2, broken glasses in cabinet, track lighting, 1 out. Really needs updated and repairs.

Minor adjustment as we are used to air conditioning and it was warmer than usual. The airflow from the air conditioner was great for the living room but didn't reach the bedroom and the return air heated up the balcony so we seldom used it and mostly opened up the unit to the breezes.

This property is a great value in Maui. It has a very easy check-in and the overall stay was wonderful. We loved the nice touch of the Hawaiian goody bag which had things we really enjoyed trying and were helpful. The unit was well stocked and the space and property were well maintained. It is a bonus when you can both see and hear the ocean from your unit.

Unit was not ocean facing as was advertised on the site! I spent the first two days talking to vacasa customer service trying to find a different property. While they were responsive and ended up reimbursing for the disappointment and for spoiling the vacation, I would not book in island sands resort again.

The mattress on the sofa bed was horrible. Springs were nearly bare….. slept on the floor.

Easy check in. Ground floor with patio! Fabulous ocean view. very well stocked kitchen and extra linens!! Wonderful beach right next door!

we didn’t like about this place is the people they are rude, nosy, and find things to complain about they don’t keep to them selfs. The staff is rude as well plus after 12 pm no one is in the office but if they have something to complain about they will call you on your stay. They made me and my family very uncomfortable and not welcome especially for the amount of money we paid to stay at that resort just because we were a big group. Everything they found wrong was some how towards us because we stood out. If I new my stay there was going to be this uncomfortable I would have spent my hard earned money and time somewhere else.
