1) Since i booked the hotel through booking.com , I did not receive a confirmation email from Swiss star. This was a problem as I did not receive a form and since I did not fill the form , I did not receive a code. In the end it was sorted out. 2) Parking was a challenge and since there was no electric charging in the hotel , we had to always search for charging.

For a first-timer tourist to Zurich, I had a bit of a challenge and had to rely on an unknown person to assist before I gained entrance to the facility. At least someone to assist at the facility is important for first-timers.

Pay attention if you're getting here with your own car. We asked for a parking reservation the day before our arrival and nobody replied. We wrote again to the support once we arrived asking for infos about the parking and we never got a reply.

Good place if you need a room just for a night or two maximum. The airport is just one minute away and the rooms are cozy even if they're provided with the essential stuff. There is a cooking spot which can be helpful!

I was promised an upgrade to a studio and had brought food and beverage with me as I expected to have access to dishes and cutlery. However, that was not the case and I had no cups or any facility to eat/drink. It was just a standard one bedroom.

The parking is extra, which I wasn't aware of at the time of booking - this could be made a bit clearer. Also it was a bit of a back and forth booking the car park. They ask for my credit card details, which I don't like to send via email - they could set up a different payment system for that to make it more convenient.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very quiet night before going to the airport early in the morning. Around the corner (3min walk) there is a bus station ("Zum Wilden Mann") that takes you to the airport in 3 stops. A lot of bus lines are frequently leaving from there. The owner of the little bar, outside the apartment house, was very very friendly and helpful.

Seems to be close to the airport but difficult to find walking track due to roadworks and barriers. It is Switzerland, don't expect luxury for the price

Not all pairs sharing a double bed -whether couples or small siblings - like sharing a double blanket. Plus, these were too thin. The entrance code procedure is easy, but beware that there are two entrances - nos. 22 and 24 - and you may have trouble finding your room if you enter through the wrong one.

A modern, spotlessly clean small apartment with a mini-kitchen, for a comfortable sleep during a night-time flight layover. The distance from the terminal can be walked in about 20 mins if you're not carrying heavy baggage.

First and foremost, I booked a studio with a single large bed, but on arrival I got a room with two single beds and a broken toilet , and when I called their emergency line to complain, a guy answered but when I stated my complain he cut the call on me and never picked again, so much for good services. I am disappointed.

The shower head support was broken. The sink plug stuck in the closed position because the lift mechanism was broken.

The check in had easy to follow instructions. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was warm. The shower was good. The location was great for the airport, with cafes & restaurants nearby.
