It's the smallest nit but the hand soap was very drying.

We loved our stay at Le Chalet!! The location is superb, close to the village but also high on the hill with an amazing mountain view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Carol at the front desk helped us with our many asks. She helped us hire a ski instructor in a very short notice, and so caringly asked us how we enjoyed our first ever ski lessons on our return. They accomodated a late check out which made all the difference as we were able to freshen up before hitting the road on our last day. The ambiance and decor of the hotel and the room were so pretty and cozy. We tried the restaurant a few times and the quality of the food and the service were phenomenal. Le grand chalet was a fabulous 10/10 stay which we would love to come back to!

The hotel is a little bit out of town up on hill but they do provide a complimentary shuttle service that runs during the day. The walk is definitely possible but going up is a bit of a trek especially if you're not dressed for it.

It was our second time a this hotel- the staff were lovely as always. The hotel lobby and restaurant were recently renovated and it looks beautiful. The rooms are a good size. Nice balconies with lovely views. Bathrooms feel recently updates and clean and fresh. The restaurant is well known and the food is excellent. The breakfast spread is really really good. Feels very homey.

Very cute and comfortable place, like a family chalet. The rooms are very clean and good smell, we got everything we needed. Food in the restaurant is very delicious, even in the city center it’s not easy to find this quality of food

We loved everything, the two things that could maybe be improved are the pillows which are quite soft and being 8 months pregnant, I would have liked something a bit more supportive, and a little coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room would have been nice as well. But again we loved everything and will definitely be back!

The staff were all really lovely, the receptionist, the cleaning staff, the chauffeur and waiters all offered great service. The room was big and the balcony was lovely to relax on overviewing the mountain. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant La Bagatelle which was also excellent even though a tad pricey at 24 CHF for a small desert but the food was delicious and service was excellent as well, the only little detail that would have been nice would have been a little candle or something on my partner desert as I had told the hotel it was a booking for his birthday but maybe I should have told the restaurant, and it is really a detail that doesn’t take away from the amazing time we had there! We will definitely be back!

Le Grand Chalet is situated above, but easy walking distance, to Gstaad Village. It has spectacular views, an outstanding restaurant, lovely spacious rooms with balconies, and best of all the most welcoming and kind staff.

it’s not luxurious, but Cozy and spacious compared to a similarly priced 5 Star.

Location, and service. A wonderful spacious room, with a stunning view. we would wake up early every morning excited to be in the balcony. Clean facility, and great catering. The staff made the stay memorable. they would book Resturaunt’s, drive us up and down to downtown, lights our fireplace, recommend attractions, to name a few things they did.
