Very poor the cleaning products in the bathroom for the category of the hotel, no bar products in the refrigirator.

Breakfast was almost same in every day but we completed by things that are nearby. The location is near the lake and in the same time near railway station. Very easy to cross the city by tram, by bus as all is in the pass you receive for the period in Geneve

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the train station. Perfect location to move around in Geneva and surrounding.

The bathroom in our room was quite small but was clean and fine for a night. Our room faced the main road so when we opened our door we had street noise but it didn't put us off.

My friend and I only stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and in an excellent location, a 3 minute walk from the main station and a 5 minute walk to the lake. There's a chocolate and souvenir shop right next door. There are lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

The organisation at the reception when we arrived

When we arrived there was no one to check us in we were sent to Alpes hotel to check k in there and the guy send us back to our hotel to wait for the reception to come and check us in. I found it funny considering we had flown a whole day and tired

Location was right on the main street, but was good for my link to the train station.

Room 61 was quite big versus the bathroom which is tiny. However I enjoyed how quite it was and also the balcony from where you could enjoy the alps. Great for a morning coffee.

The location couldn't have been more central. Very accomodating staff at the reception when we checked in early. Awesome gesture about offering free transportation card during our stay. This hotel had a perfect customer service while being priced very reasonably despite its central location.

The room suited our needs and we had no complaints.

Hotel Montana was perfectly located within walking distance to both the train station and the Lake. The Hotel itself is fairly basic but it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for 2 nights and we had clean towels and maid service for the duration of the stay which wasn't expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good value for money and filled our stomachs ahead of a day of exploring. The hotel also had free WiFi with a strong signal which was great for keeping in touch with home.

I think they need to invest a bit more on the toiletry products, which could elevate the standing.

I asked if there was a fitness center and they proposed an option in one of their other hotels nearby. I thought that was very good. Wi-Fi worked well Staff was kind

The adapters in the room for the tea kettle and coffee blew the fuse constantly.

Breakfast was OK but weak--no sliced cheeses for example, and you have to cook your own egg. On a work trip where you are tight for time, I would prefer more cheeses and ready-cooked hard-boiled eggs. Also, needs more bread diversity (baguettes would be nice). Also, the room was a bit stuffy, but too loud to open the window (but a common problem in cold weather).

great location, 2 minutes from the main train station, restaurants, etc.. WiFi was very strong, great for work Zoom calls and downloading files. Very comfortable bed.
