The age of the hotel shows and not always in a good way. Zero sound proofing so ear plugs are a must. Old, creaky furniture and flaky paint all over. Breakfast is average at best.

Hotel Regina is a heritage hotel with great charm and character. It has not been extensively modernized and as such will not be to everyone's taste. But it offers a classic old-school Alpine experience and the staff are both friendly and efficient.

The breakfast room was not very practical and often not well organized (unecessary waiting time, the staff was sometimes not well trained or simply not attentive). The room was small and in need of renovation (not enough sockets)

The location is excellent and the food of very good quality, with, usually, a good service. The atmosphere is pleasant and the reception staff very helpful.

Top view n Jungfrau, close to everything yet very quiet and the staff is just fantastic and extremely nice and friendly. 2nd timer… there will be a 3rd for sure! By the way - the chef ist just out of this world, french cuisine or Sushi’s (he was for some times in Japan) decisions…decisions… both is succulent.

- The hotel is very old and not renovated. The room I got did not match the photos from booking.com. - The rooms were not clean (we found dead flies and tampons in one of the rooms) - The isolation was very bad, and due to the strong winds was impossible to sleep at night. - The water from the shower was leaking into the second room we had booked on the floor below. - There was not breakfast buffet, but a few a'la carte choice. - Certainly not a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was okay. Same basic menu everyday. For some reason, the hotel was rationing sausages. No matter how many people are eating, they will give you 3 tiny pieces "to share". Staff was overwhelmed and responded to all requests with a frown and a sigh. Our room was not cleaned properly on most nights (not even the beds made well. Our kids can do it better). Good location. The lobby area was fabulous but that is where it stops.

Unfortunately there does not seem to be any organisation or maitre d'H to orchestrate it all (for breakfast) and of course it is just very chaotic. One gets used to it. Wouldn't recommend it if you want to send your kid to snow school... takes time.... muesli not up to proper birchermuesli however eggs were top notch we didn't try the restaurant

Nice tea time and cosy bar with nice view to the park and mountains. A hidden treasure from a bygone era of romance and elegance. Breakfast was included and was sumptuous to both behold and consume. The breakfast hall was truly splendid, and the full breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and carried themselves with etiquette and polite manners, which is so rare nowadays.
